The random access apparatus includes: a third receiving unit configured to, on a physical random access channel resource, receive a random access preamble transmitted by a terminal equipment; wherein the random access preamble is used to indicate that the terminal equipment has sidelink data to be transmitted, and/or the physical random access channel resource is used to indicate that the terminal equipment has sidelink data to be transmitted; and a second transmitting unit configured to transmit a random access response to the terminal equipment. By indicating in the random access procedure to the network device that the terminal equipment has a sidelink MAC CE to be transmitted, it may be avoided that the network device does not learn that the terminal equipment has a sidelink MAC CE to be transmitted, so that the network device allocates resources for the sidelink, and resource consumption may be lowered.

Abstract: A sidelink resource reselection method and apparatus. The method includes performing resource re-evaluation and/or pre-emption check on sidelink resources initially selected for performing a plurality of times of transmission of a transport block, and reselecting at least one sidelink resource from a sidelink resource set in a case where one or more sidelink resources are not in a reselection candidate resource set, wherein a currently reselected sidelink resource set is determined according to time frequency sources of the initially selected sidelink resources.

Abstract: A sidelink transmission and reception methods and apparatuses. The sidelink transmission method includes transmitting first sidelink control information via a physical sidelink control channel; and transmitting second sidelink control information and a first transport block via a physical sidelink shared channel, wherein the first sidelink control information or the second sidelink control information or a media access control protocol data unit of the first transport block indicates or carries triggering information used for triggering a second terminal equipment to report sidelink resource information.

Abstract: A retransmission method and apparatus for sidelink transmission. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal equipment, downlink control information (DCI) of which CRC being scrambled by an SL-CS-RNTI; and when a dynamic grant resource scheduled by the downlink control information is not used to transmit sidelink retransmission, transmitting indication information via a physical uplink control channel indicated by the downlink control information, the indication information indicating success of sidelink transmission or that a network device is not needed to schedule retransmission.

The method includes: receiving by a terminal equipment control information including a sidelink grant and transmitted by a network device, the control information further indicating at least one piece of destination information to which the sidelink grant is directed; determining at least one destination and/or logical channel according to the destination information; and transmitting sidelink data of the at least one destination and/or logical channel according to the sidelink grant. Thus, the network device is enabled to schedule different resources for different destination terminal equipments.
