  • Publication number: 20230355804
Abstract: In certain aspects, the disclosure relates to a virus engineered to comprise one or more polynucleotides that promote thanotransmission by a target cell. Thanotransmission is communication between cells that is a result of activation of a cell turnover pathway in a target cell, which signals a responding cell to undergo a biological response. Methods of promoting thanotransmission by a target cell, methods of promoting an immune response in a subject, and methods of treating cancer in a subject are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20230361448
Abstract: This document describes a multimode high-isolation antenna system and associated methods and systems. The described antenna system is implemented on a generally-circular printed circuit board and can be used for wideband and ultra-wideband applications. The multimode high-isolation antenna system includes two orthogonal antennas separated by a decoupling structure. This arrangement provides high isolation between the antennas and enables five unique resonant modes of operation for the multimode high-isolation antenna system.

  • Publication number: 20230352822
Abstract: In aspects of a small cell installation structure, a support structure provides stability and an attachable framework to mount wireless technology equipment. A formable aesthetic housing is formed around the support structure, and a hardened polymer coating over the formable aesthetic housing is adapted to a shape of the formable aesthetic housing and the support structure. The hardened polymer coating resists environmental conditions that may otherwise interfere with performance of the wireless technology equipment. Additionally, an antenna housing module encloses antennas of the wireless technology equipment, is integrated with the support structure, and is designed to pass millimeter wave (mmW) spectrum wireless signals.

  • Patent number: 11795102
Abstract: A coated glass article and of a system and method for forming a coated glass article are provided. The process includes applying a first coating precursor material to the first surface of the glass article and supporting the glass article via a gas bearing. The process includes heating the glass article and the coating precursor material to above a glass transition temperature of the glass article while the glass article is supported by the gas bearing such that during heating, a property of the first coating precursor material changes forming a coating layer on the first surface of the glass article from the first precursor material. The high temperature and/or non-contact coating formation may form a coating layer with one or more new physical properties, such as a deep diffusion layer within the glass, and may form highly consistent coatings on multiple sides of the glass.

  • Patent number: 11780156
Abstract: An extruder or other similar tool head of a three-dimensional printer is slidably mounted along a feedpath of build material so that the extruder can move into and out of contact with a build surface according to whether build material is being extruded. The extruder may be spring-biased against the forward feedpath so that the extruder remains above the build surface in the absence of applied forces, and then moves downward into a position for extrusion when build material is fed into the extruder. In another aspect, modular tool heads are disclosed that can be automatically coupled to and removed from the three-dimensional printer by a suitable robotics system. A tool crib may be provided to store multiple tool heads while not in use.

  • Publication number: 20230312395
Abstract: The disclosure relates to glass compositions with high coefficients of thermal expansion and low fracture toughness designed for thermal tempering. These glasses are ideally suited to produce a “dicing” pattern when thermally tempered, even when thin (<3 mm). Disclosed glasses have high thermal expansions at low and high temperatures to produce increased temper stresses once quenched, coupled with low fracture toughness which promotes crack bifurcation and enhanced frangibility. Methods of making such glasses are also provided.

  • Patent number: 11760562
Abstract: A container includes a receptacle including an upright receptacle side and a receptacle bottom that cooperate to at least partly define a container chamber. The bottom presents a peripheral margin, with the side being attached to the bottom along the peripheral margin and extending upwardly relative to the bottom along an upright container axis. The receptacle further includes a drain configured to permit material flow out of the chamber, with the drain intersecting the bottom to define a drain opening that fluidly communicates with the chamber. The drain opening is spaced inboard from the peripheral margin and is laterally offset from the container axis in an offset direction. The bottom includes first and second floor sections extending inboard from the peripheral margin and joined relative to each other along a first gutter area adjacent the drain opening.

  • Patent number: 11756618
Abstract: A log structure is created in persistent memory using hardware support in memory controller or software supported with additional instructions. Writes to persistent memory locations are streamed to the log and written to their corresponding memory location in cache hierarchy. An added victim cache for persistent memory addresses catches cache evictions, which would corrupt open transactions. On the completion of a group of atomic persistent memory operations, the log is closed and the persistent values in the cache can be copied to their source persistent memory location and the log cleaned.
