    Abstract: A method for transmitting and receiving broadcast signals in a radio broadcasting communication system is provided together with an associated apparatus. The transmitting method includes creating a frame having a preamble slot, a data slot and a control slot, and sending the created frame. The control slot has information for assigning the data slot to one of an uplink and a downlink. The receiving method includes receiving such a frame wherein the control slot has scheduling information for each user, and extracting the data slot from the received frame by using the scheduling information in the control slot. These methods may realize an interactive broadcasting by separately employing broadcast signals for the uplink and downlink.

A center of gravity height estimation may be made from an estimated total load carried by the tires supporting the vehicle pursuant to an estimation of effective radius for each tire and a calculated load carried by each tire from respective effective radii.

    Abstract: Estimating a load bearing on a vehicle tire includes an inflation pressure measuring sensor for measuring tire inflation pressure and generating a measured tire inflation pressure signal; a deformation measuring sensor mounted in a tire region of the vehicle tire, the deformation measuring sensor in the form of a piezoelectric bending sensor generating a deformation signal estimating a length of a tire contact patch length as the senor rolls through a tire footprint. Tire rolling speed is estimated from the deformation signal and a peak to peak amplitude variation within the deformation signal is detected and measured. An artificial neural network receives the tire rolling speed estimation, the contact patch length estimation, the amplitude variation within the deformation signal, and the measured inflation pressure of the tire. The artificial neural network adaptively interprets the input data and generates an output load estimation based thereon.

The electronic timing subsystem may include components including a ratchet, pawls, flippers, stepper motor, and microcontroller. These components are used together to regulated the release of the energy stored in the constant force spring. The mechanical power transfer subsystem may include components including a rack and pinion which translates the rotational motion of the drive shaft from the constant force spring into linear motion to depress the syringe. Finally, the user interface subsystem may include components including the microcontroller, Arduino backpack, and syringe tray.
