  • Patent number: 9836878
Abstract: A system, method, and computer program product are provided for processing primitive-specific attributes. A portion of a graphics processor is determined to operate in a fast geometry shader mode and a vertex associated with a set of per-vertex attributes is determined to be a shared vertex. The shared vertex is determined to be a non-provoking vertex corresponding to a first primitive that is associated with a first set of per-primitive attributes and the shared vertex is determined to be a provoking vertex corresponding to a second primitive that is associated with a second set of per-primitive attributes. Only one set of the per-vertex attributes associated with the shared vertex is stored and only one of the second set of per-primitive attributes associated with the second primitive is stored.

  • Publication number: 20170236514
Abstract: A computer system may receive, from an acoustic transducer and/or a portable electronic device, information specifying one or more desired operations that are to be performed. This information may include natural language describing the one or more desired operations. In response, the computer system may transform the natural language into the one or more desired operations, and may identify a subset of the electronic devices based on the one or more desired operations and a predetermined supervised learning model that relates desired operations and the electronic devices. Next, the computer system may determine a set of commands based on the one or more desired operations and the subset of the electronic devices, and the computer system may provide the set of commands to the identified subset of the electronic devices, which may perform the one or more desired operations.

  • Publication number: 20170124457
Abstract: The APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR A DIGITAL CONVERSATION MANAGEMENT PLATFORM (“DCM-Platform”) transforms digital dialogue from consumers, client demands and, Internet search inputs via DCM-Platform components into tradable digital assets, and client needs based artificial intelligence campaign plan outputs. In one implementation, The DCM-Platform may capture and examine conversations between individuals and artificial intelligence conversation agents. These agents may be viewed as assets. One can measure the value and performance of these agents by assessing their performance and ability to generate revenue from prolonging conversations and/or ability to effect sales through conversations with individuals.

  • Publication number: 20160364398
Abstract: A web content builder tool is provided for rapidly creating multiple related web content layouts for dynamic serving to devices having, e.g., different form factors. Layouts can be selectably linked or unlinked. While linked, adding content items to one layout causes automatic propagation of family member content items to the other layouts, and changing content item attributes within one layout causes automatic propagation of changes to family member content items in other layouts. While unlinked, adding or changing content items in one layout does not automatically cause changes to other layouts.

  • Patent number: 9434925
Abstract: This invention provides a method for treating a subject afflicted with a tumor using genetically modified mesenchymal stem cells, wherein each genetically modified mesenchymal stem cell contains an exogenous nucleic acid comprising (i) a cytotoxic protein-encoding region operably linked to (ii) a promoter or promoter/enhancer combination, whereby the cytotoxic protein is selectively expressed when the genetically modified mesenchymal stem cells come into proximity with the tumor's stromal tissue. This invention further provides genetically modified mesenchymal stem cells for use in this method.
