  • Patent number: 10309490
Abstract: A shifting device includes a first shifting element operable to establish a torque-proof, positive-locking connection between a first element and a second element. A second shifting element is operable to establish a torque-proof, positive-locking connection between the second element and a third element. The first element is coupled to the third element such that displacement of the first element by a common actuating element in one of a first and a second displacement direction provides rectified displacement of the third element. The third element is coupled to the first element such that displacement of the third element by the common actuating element in one of the first and second displacement directions provides rectified displacement of the first element. The second element is fixed in position in both the first and second displacement directions. A related transmission is also provided.

  • Patent number: 10247251
Abstract: A coupling device (K) has a first positive-locking clutch (K0), a second positive-locking clutch (K1), an axially fixed first shaft (W1), an axially fixed second shaft (W2), a connecting shaft (WV) and an actuator (AK). The first shaft (W1), the second shaft (W2) and the connecting shaft (WV) are arranged coaxially to each other. By closing the first clutch (K0), a torque-proof connection between the first shaft (W1) and the connecting shaft (WV) is established, and by closing the second clutch (K1), a torque-proof connection between the connecting shaft (WV) and the second shaft (W2) is established. The actuator through axial displacement of the connecting shaft (WV), shifts both the first clutch (K0) and the second clutch (K1) between an engaged state and a disengaged state, such that the connecting shaft (WV) is movable to a multitude of axial positions to achieve different engaged states of the clutches.

  • Patent number: 10125867
Abstract: A device for actuating multiple shift elements of a transmission device is described. Each of the pistons for a change in operating state of the shift elements in the area of active surfaces can be subjected to a fluid pressure acting in a first or second actuating direction. The fluid pressure actively applied in the first actuating direction can be separately adjusted for each of the shift elements, while the fluid pressure actively applied in the second actuating direction is essentially the same for all shift elements. The pistons are arranged coaxially to each other, radially into each other, and in a manner axially displaceable in sections in one intermediate plate. The intermediate plate features areas for applying the fluid pressures acting in the first actuating direction. The area through which the fluid pressure acting in the second actuating direction can be guided to the pistons is limited.
