The method comprises: storing in an electronic storage device a database of information in which the information is generated from at least four linked data sources including a firmographics data source, a risk data source, a transaction behavior data source, and an attitudinal data source; accessing information in the database concerning the business segment; and assembling the information concerning the business segment. The information from one or more of the linked data sources is summarized to a link, at least some of the information is integrated by data fusion, and at least some of the integrated information is imputed via the link to the business segment. The method also provides the assembled information to a user that has been granted access to the database. A system for acquiring an understanding of a business segment is also provided.

Abstract: Disclosed is a device for contact radiotherapy, comprising a set of applicators, wherein each applicator comprises a hollow spherical head, with different diameters, the external surface of which is able to be in contact with a cavity of a living tissue and the internal surface of which defines an internal space able to receive a source of x-rays, with at least one area of the head is intended to have x-rays pass through it, and the thickness of said area depends on the diameter of the head configured so that the dose of x-rays produced at the external surface is between 18 and 22 gray. Also disclosed is a system for contact radiotherapy comprising said device. The disclosed device and system apply particularly to per-operative radiotherapy, in that the irradiation is produced in contact with the ablation bed of the tumour, in particular in the breast, during the operation.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of nanostructured acrylic polymer materials having both very good optical properties and good mechanical and surface properties. The invention relates to an acrylic resin composition containing a PMMA matrix (component 1) having a glass transition temperature of greater than 0° C., dispersed in which is an acrylic block copolymer (component 2). Characteristically, the composition of the invention contains from 60 to 80% by weight of said PMMA matrix, and from 20 to 40% by weight of said block copolymer. According to another aspect, the invention relates to a transparent flat article containing the aforementioned acrylic resin composition, having the following features: a thickness ranging from 300 to 900 microns, preferably from 400 to 700 micrometers; a light transmission at least equal to 91%; a haze of less than or equal to 2%; and no appearance of haze when the temperature rises to 80° C.
