Abstract: A method for collecting organic waste including: a) hooking a mounting structure over an edge of an upright planar drawer face of a drawer underlying a work surface, said mounting structure coupled to a container including one or more walls made with a pliable elastomeric material, said container including a top opening and a closed bottom with a side wall enclosing a storage volume; b) supporting said top opening using said hooked mounting structure near a portion of said work surface having a quantity of organic matter; c) scooping said quantity of organic matter into said storage volume; d) unhooking said mounting structure from said drawer face; and thereafter e) freezing said quantity of organic matter while it is in said storage volume.

Abstract: A method for collecting organic waste in a collection bag, the method including a) disposing the collection bag within a volume of a collection device, the collection device having a side wall enclosing the volume and defining a top opening and bottom opening wherein a plurality of vertically extending air channels are formed between the collection bag and the side wall responsive to a structure extending into the volume from the side wall interacting with the collection bag; b) supporting a bottom of the collection bag on a bottom joined to the side wall with the bottom including one or more bottom orifices communicated to the vertically extending air channels; and c) retaining an opening of the collection bag in an open configuration at the top opening with one or more top orifices formed around the opening and communicated to the vertically extending air channels.

Abstract: One aspect of the present invention is a jumper cable clamp that is biased to a position with its jaws open. Another aspect of the present invention is a jumper cable clamp that uses biases open its jaws using torsional tension in a helical spring. Another aspect of the present invention is a jumper cable clamp that includes a set of jaws, a jaw-biasing hardware set and a ratchet hardware set where: (i) the jaw-biasing hardware set biases the jaws towards an open position; and (ii) the ratchet hardware set holds the position of the jaws at regular positional increments as the jaws are moved, against the bias provided by the jaw-biasing hardware set, towards a closed position. Preferably, the ratchet hardware set further includes a quick release mechanism structured, located, sized, shaped and/or mechanically connected to release a ratcheted engagement of the ratchet hardware set upon activation of the quick release mechanism.

Abstract: An automotive washing system comprising a soft automotive cleaning material with an incorporated tool. The cleaning tool can comprise a scraper tool, a detail brush, a seam cleaner tool, a vent and seam brush, or a stiffener tool, among many other types of tools. Each tool can be incorporated into a pocket or inverted corner of the soft cleaning material, thereby protecting the automotive surfaces from the hard edges of the cleaning tool.

Abstract: A brush head device for cleaning an object with a cleaning fluid. The device includes a body assembly having an input port and a reservoir. The input port is configured to receive the cleaning fluid. The reservoir is configured to collect the cleaning fluid received by the input port. A valve assembly is disposed in the body member between the input port and the reservoir. The valve assembly includes a plurality of discrete flow control channels configured to regulate a flow of cleaning fluid between the input port and the reservoir. The valve assembly is actuatable between an OFF position and a plurality of discrete flow control positions. Each of the plurality of discrete flow control positions corresponds to one of the plurality of discrete flow control channels. A brush member is coupled to the body assembly and in fluidic communication with the reservoir. The brush member is configured to apply the cleaning fluid to the object.
