    Abstract: A method for layoutless overlay control is provided. In some embodiments, a target layer covering a workpiece is patterned using a reticle. The patterning forms a plurality of exposure fields arranged according to a first exposure field layout. Alignment of the exposure fields relative to the workpiece is measured to generate displacement vectors. An inter-field model and an intra-field model are trained using the displacement vectors and a reference field layout. The intra-field model is transformed for use with a second exposure field layout, where the second exposure field layout is different than the first exposure field layout. Overlay corrections are generated based on the trained inter-field model and the transformed intra-field model.

    Abstract: A heat pipe and a sealing method thereof; the sealing method for a heat pipe includes the steps of: providing a metal pipe member, the metal pipe member including one end having a sealed end portion formed thereon and another end thereof having a narrowing neck section extended therefrom. The narrowing neck section includes a channel. A compression mold compresses the narrowing neck section and moves away from the metal pipe member in order to compress and elongate the narrowing neck section into a compression elongated column and to seal the channel. Finally, spot welding process is performed on the compression elongated column to form a sealed block thereon. The present invention is of the merits of improved work efficiency for heat pipe bending, compression and testing and increased length of the metal pipe member with enhanced thermal transfer performance of the heat pipe.

The carrying container is provided for containing condensed water of the evaporator, the cooling unit is connected to the condensed water, and the intake fan guides outside air to pass through the cooling unit. The heat of the condensed unit is conducted to the cooling unit, and the outside air passes through the cooling unit and exchanges heat with the cooling unit to form a pre-cooled air. The outside air is pre-cooled before it enters into an indoor environment, so as to achieve the environmental protection and power saving effects and improve the cooling efficiency.

The pipeline assembly includes a refrigerant pipe connecting to the accommodating body and having an inner section inside the accommodating body and an outer section outside the accommodating body; a switch placed at the inner section and away from a free end thereof, the switch being used to selectively allow or block a flow inside the refrigerant pipe; a refrigerant pumping pipe communicating between the free end of the inner section and the switch; and at least one joint communicates between the free end of the inner section and the switch. Therefore, even if the diameter of the refrigerant pipe does not match an air conditioner indoor unit, connection can still be made without the need of removing the original piping, thereby avoiding wasting refrigerant.

The model is used to adjust the exposure parameters for the exposure of the next semiconductor wafer. The process is repeated on each semiconductor wafer for a run-to-run analysis.
