    Abstract: An optical system for a projection device is disclosed. The projection device includes three different light sources, three condensers corresponding to the light sources, an integrator, an optical lens array, a total internal reflection prism, a digital micro-mirror device and a projection lens. The light sources generate light transmitting through the condensers, the integrator, the optical lens array, the total internal reflection prism, and the digital micro-mirror device into the projection lens. The optical system includes an emitting and reflecting module emitting and reflecting light from the light sources to the integrator and comprises a first, second emitting and reflecting mirrors intersecting thereto, the intersections of the first, second emitting and reflecting mirrors facing the corresponding light sources and condensers.

    Abstract: A high transmittance brightness enhanced optical element for backlight modules and liquid crystal display device is disclosed. The brightness enhanced polarizing optical element comprises a reflective polarizer film, a phase retardation film, and a polarization enhancement film. The reflective polarizer film provides a function of selectively reflecting right-handness circularly polarized light or left-handness circularly polarized light and will transmit the other one of them. The one was selectively reflected will be recombined with the light source or the backlight and re-direct toward the reflective polarizer. The portions of the reflective light will be recombined with the fresh light from the light source as above and the processes repeatedly. As a result, almost all of the light transmit the reflective polarizer and in the same circular polarization. The light is then transmitted the phase retardation film and converted to a polarized light with another optical axis.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a glass-ceramic composition, a slurry, and a method for manufacturing a dielectric ceramic component with high frequency. The glass-ceramic composition comprises 5-30 wt % of aluminum oxide and 70-95 wt % of BiZnBSiAl glass. The invention mixes the glass-ceramic composition with an organic carrier to make a slurry, processes the slurry into green body, and then densities the green body to obtain dielectric ceramic component with high frequency, which can be sintered and densified under low temperature. Accordingly, the product of quality factor and resonance frequency of the component can meet the requirements of high quality factor and dielectric constant for industries.
