    Abstract: A non-common-ground bandpass filter circuit with electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection is disclosed. The non-common-ground bandpass filter circuit with ESD protection includes a non-common-ground plane, a dielectric substrate and a conductor. The conductor is disposed above the non-common-ground plane. The dielectric substrate is disposed between the conductor and the non-common-ground plane. The non-common-ground plane at least has a first ground region and a second ground region separated and insulated from each other. The first ground region corresponds to a first terminal of the conductor and the second ground region corresponds to a second terminal of the conductor. When an ESD event occurs on one of the first ground region and the second ground region, the other of the first ground region and the second ground region will not be damaged by the ESD event. The non-common-ground bandpass filter circuit also provides surge protection.

When the document-processing apparatus establishes the wireless link with the mobile apparatus, the document-processing apparatus creates a file transfer zone, performs a corresponding automatic document-processing action, such as scanning or printing, according to a driving command received from the mobile apparatus, and exchanges the generated image information with the mobile apparatus through the file transfer zone. Given the matrix barcode information, the document-processing apparatus can be directly controlled by the mobile apparatus to achieve direct information exchange and enhanced efficiency and security of the document-processing system.

    Abstract: A method of decreasing height differences of STIs includes providing a substrate comprising a peripheral circuit region. The peripheral circuit region includes a P-type transistor region and an N-type transistor region. A first STI and a third STI are respectively disposed within the N-type transistor region and the P-type transistor region. Later, a first mask is formed to cover the N-type transistor region. Then, an N-type well is formed in the P-type transistor region and part of the third STI is removed by taking the first mask as a mask. Next, the first mask is removed. After that, a second mask is formed to cover the P-type transistor region. Subsequently, a P-type well is formed in the N-type transistor region and part of the first STI is removed by taking the second mask as a mask. Finally, the second mask is removed.

    Abstract: An elastic assembly structure for a bicycle pedal includes a pedal, a sole cleat and an elastic element. The elastic element is removably connected between the pedal and the sole cleat by a magnet. In riding a bicycle, the pedal and the sole cleat are expanded and collected with each other elastically, and a user's leg can lift up and put down a rear edge of the sole spontaneously following a circumferential stepping movement, and the rear end of the sole cleat can lift up and drive the rear end of the pedal elastically through the elastic element. Accordingly, the user can stop the bicycle, get off the bicycle or brake the bicycle emergently, simply by lifting up the leg spontaneously to overcome the magnetic force of the magnet, allowing the sole cleat to escape from the pedal rapidly, thereby improving the smoothness and safety in riding the bicycle.
