The package includes a package substrate and a metal cap covering the package substrate, where a silicon chip placement area is arranged on an upper surface of the package substrate, multiple first conductive parts are arranged in a peripheral area of the silicon chip placement area, and an edge of the metal cap is in contact with the package substrate and electrically connected to the multiple first conductive parts, where at least a portion of first conductive parts in the multiple first conductive parts are electrically connected to a grounding part by using the metal cap, and the grounding part is arranged on the package substrate, and configured to ground the package substrate.

    Abstract: In one embodiment, a method of operating a radio access node is provided. The method comprises determining whether support from a secondary cell is required for a wireless device to communicate with the radio access node, and, in response to determining that support from the secondary cell is required, calculating a modified channel condition outer-loop value for the secondary cell; and using the modified channel condition outer-loop value in an initial activation decision step for the secondary cell, The initial activation decision step may comprise activating the secondary cell in response to determining that the sum of a device reported channel condition value and the modified channel condition outer-loop value is above an activation threshold. Corresponding devices, computer programs and radio access nodes adapted to carry out the methods provided are also disclosed.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are compounds (such as peptides or peptide mimetics) that bind to HIV RRE RNA. In some examples, the compounds inhibit (for example, decrease) binding of Rev to the RRE RNA. In some embodiments, the compounds include two moieties, each of which bind to one of the Rev binding sites in the RRE. In some examples, the moieties include peptides or small molecules. In some examples, the peptides include an arginine-rich motif. The RRE binding compounds may be further linked to a detectable label or cargo moiety. Also disclosed are methods of treating or inhibiting HIV including administering one or more of the disclosed compounds to a subject.

    Abstract: A method and system for selectively activating and deactivating secondary cells in a wireless communication system are disclosed. According to one aspect, the invention provides a finite state machine having a plurality of states facilitating secondary cell activation and deactivation decisions. The states of the finite state machine include a deactivated state and an activated state. In the deactivated state, a secondary cell is deactivated and a media access control element, MAC CE, for deactivation is sent to the UE. The base station in the deactivated state is not allocating resources for maintaining transmission on the secondary cell. In the activated state, the secondary cell is active and a MAC CE for activation is sent to the UE. In the activated state, the base station is ready to transmit on the secondary cell.

It is capable of processing IP packets and computing the entropy in 30 Gbps line rate.
