The first fan frame has a first latch section, a second latch section, a first engagement recess, a second engagement recess, a first retainer section and a second retainer section. The second fan frame has a third latch section, a fourth latch section, a third engagement recess, a fourth engagement recess, a third retainer section and a fourth retainer section. The first and second engagement recesses are respectively connected with the third and fourth latch sections, the first and second latch sections are respectively connected with the third and fourth engagement recesses and the first and second retainer sections are respectively connected with the third and fourth retainer sections. Accordingly, the first and second fan frames can be quickly assembled and securely connected in both axial direction and radial direction.

Abstract: A method for migrating a virtual machine (VM) includes: receiving a migrate request to migrate a VM of a first cloud node, obtaining configuration information of the VM of the first node and a target address, and generating a parameter file including the configuration information of the VM; obtaining system information of the VM of the first node, and creating an image file according to the system information; packeting the parameter file and the image file of the VM of the first node to obtain a packet file, and storing the packet file into a storage server of the first cloud node; transmitting the packet file to a storage server of a second cloud node according to the target address; and creating a new VM in a platform server of the second cloud node according to the configuration information and restoring the image file to the created VM.

The ground plane in turn comprises at least one defect configured to affect one or both of the inductance and capacitance of the transmission line when signals propagate through the transmission line.

Abstract: A technique for operating a wireless communications system that supports multi-user multiple-input multiple-output (MU-MIMO) communications between a base station and multiple mobile stations involves generating inter-cell interference information at the mobile stations and providing the inter-cell interference information to the base station. The base station uses the inter-cell interference information to calculate channel quality indicators (CQIs) and then makes scheduling decisions in response to the CQIs. Data is transmitted from the base station to the mobile stations according to the scheduling decisions.

Based on a model, predicted EM data is computed. Inversion is iteratively performed according to a function that computes a difference between the measured voltage data and a product of a term containing the predicted EM data and a term containing distortion data that accounts at least for distortion effect by an environment of the measurement assembly. The inversion is iteratively performed to solve for parameters of the model and the distortion data.

Abstract: A Voltage Sourced Converter, VSC, for a High Voitage Direct Current, HVDC, power converter, the VSC comprises a bridge circuit for each of one or more phases of an AG network. The bridge circuit has two arms, each arm connecting the supply to a pole of a DC terminal, wherein each arm of the bridge circuit has one or more semiconductor modules capable of being switched between an on-condition, in which a capacitor of the module is in-line in the arm of the bridge circuit, and an off-condition, in which the capacitor is out of line. A DC current fault detection arrangement detects a fault arising at one or the other of the poles of the DC terminal within the DC converter or the DC grid. A controller responsive to the detection of the DC current fault switches one or more of the semiconductor modules in one of the arms of the bridge to the on and one or more of the semiconductor modules of the other arm of the bridge circuit to the off-condition.
