The frame includes a strip plate protruded from a side of the frame, and a corresponding latch plate rotatably coupled to a side of the panel, and the latch plate includes a wrench portion exposed from an external surface of the panel, and a connecting portion disposed between a side of the panel and a side of the frame, and the connecting portion includes a hook for latching the strip plate. The switch allows users to open and close in a normal operation for use, while providing a self-locking function for unauthorized use, so as to prevent the switch from being opened by unauthorized persons and provide a good security of use.

    Abstract: An air-conditioning vent vane adjusting device includes a driving board for driving a vane to rotate, a push-button installed on the wind gate panel, and a connecting element of the driving board. The connecting element includes a fixed plate coupled to the push-button and moved together with the push-button, and the fixed plate has a guide notchnotch tilted with respect to the lengthwise direction of the driving board. The driving board has a lug accommodated in the guide notchnotch and capable of sliding in the guide notchnotch. With the tilted guide grove and the lug, the driving board can be moved reciprocally to overcome the problems of requiring a large operating force of the push-button of the tight assembly of the conventional driving board and connecting element and the difficulty of opening and closing a vane.

    Abstract: A method for allocating downlink transmission power of coordinated transmission devices in coordinated multi-point transmission system includes the coordinated transmission devices receiving feedback of channel state information of sub-channels occupied by a terminal from the terminal. The channel state information includes channel phase information and channel amplitude information. Each of the coordinated transmission devices adjusts phases of their sending signals over its sub-channels respectively so as to make phase difference of the sending signals, which are received by the terminal from the coordinated transmission devices via a same sub-channel, to be minimal. Each of the coordinated transmission devices determines its power allocation proportions for the sub-channels on the basis of feedback of channel amplitude information from the terminal and the adjusted phases of the sending signals.

    Abstract: For the present invention, a P-type thermo-electric thin-film layer and a N-type thermo-electric thin-film layer are respectively deposited on two sides of an insulating substrate. This method makes the fabrication simplified without special process for connecting the P-type thermo-electric thin-film layer and the N-type thermo-electric thin-film layer. Due to the features of thin-film thermo-electric material, the performance of thermo-electric generator is improved. During the deposition, the P-type thermo-electric thin-film layer and the N-type thermo-electric thin-film layer are deposited and connected on the exposed side of the insulating substrate, so welding is not required in this heating surface side.
