  • Publication number: 20250049240
Abstract: A portable utensil holder for providing a utensil setting for a single diner, to serve as a convenient place to place a set of dining utensils for the diner that minimizes contact between the utensils and potentially unsanitary surfaces, for a healthier and more convenient dining experience. The utensil holder includes a set of recesses formed thereon, each shaped to accommodate a utensil of a corresponding type. The recesses are oriented parallel to each other and separated by intervening side walls, giving each utensil its own dedicated spot within the utensil holder. The recesses are connected by a groove oriented orthogonally to the recesses, allowing for utensils to be placed and retrieved while minimizing contact of the utensil head with potentially unsanitary surfaces.

  • Patent number: 12206759
Abstract: A digital steganography system comprises a message sender in electronic communication with a message receiver through a social media platform. The message sender uses a compute device configured to conceal a secret digital message in the semantic components of a digitally synthesized image which is uploaded onto the social media platform and published in a social media post. As part of the message encoding process, the compute device for the message sender coverts the digital message into binary code, applies encryption and error-correction algorithms, and then implements image synthetization operations to yield the digitally synthesized image. The message receiver is provided with a compute device configured to identify the social media post, automatically download the synthesized image, and apply an inverse set of the image synthetization operations to yield binary code which is subsequently decoded and decrypted in order to extract the original covert message.

  • Patent number: 10151823
Abstract: A method for localizing for GPS denied environments is provided with a plurality of broadcasting transmitters and a software-defined radio (SDR). A pre-processing stage and a query phase is executed for localizing an unknown location. The results from the preprocessing stage are made available to the query stage. A simulated power spectrum is computed for a region of interest during the pre-processing phase via the plurality of broadcasting transmitters. A transmitter location, a radius of influence, and a power contour plot of each of the plurality of broadcasting transmitters are used for computing the simulated power spectrum. Next, a peak-finding process, a filtering process, and a localization process is executed during the query phase in order to identify the unknown location.

  • Patent number: 10088974
Abstract: Techniques for providing information about large data sets may be provided. For example, a summary of the data sets and of patterns between the data sets may be presented. Traffic associated with a network-based resource that includes a number of documents may be an example of large data sets. The traffic may be analyzed and traffic patterns may be determined. A structure may be generated based on the traffic patterns and may use nodes to represent the documents. Further, a visualization of the structure may be presented. The visualization may include recursive clusters of the nodes, where the clusters may be labeled based on the respective clustered nodes.

  • Publication number: 20170193192
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for assessing compatibility between forms of medication in a clinical setting. Generally, a medical order for a patient is received, which specifies a task with an initial form of a medical agent to be administered to the patient. When a clinician attempts to administer the medical agent to the patient, a current form of the medical agent is received from a scanning device, for example. As such, it may be determined whether the current form is compatible with the initial form. When it is determined that the current form is not compatible with the initial form, an error may be generated and issued in an effort to prevent administration of the current form to the patient.
