  • Patent number: 12111162
Abstract: One challenge for middle-mile route planning is that the set of loads changes significantly between daily planning and execution. Systems and methods are provided for optimizing a transportation plan for a transportation network based on these load changes. The disclosed system re-optimizes a solution by starting from a previously existing plan and previously generated columns (e.g., candidate routes). The disclosed techniques significantly improve the compute time of the system to generate transportation plans that are optimized accordingly to an optimization parameter. The system takes into account the current execution status associated with a given entry of the plan to determine whether the entry should be re-optimized. Entries corresponding to tours that have already commenced, may be at least partially ignored for re-optimization consideration. The disclosed techniques enable state-aware, adaptive re-optimization for even tours that are in-progress or have been tendered.

  • Publication number: 20240320112
Abstract: A memory built in self test (MBIST) controller of an MBIST circuit outputs first data. One or more errors is injected in the first data to produce second data. The second data is stored in the memory block. The memory block outputs the second data stored in the memory block. The MBIST controller receives the second data and detects an error in the second data based on a comparison with the first data, the error indicative of a failure of the MBIST. The MBIST controller provides an indication of failure of the MBIST to a processing core external to the MBIST circuit which performs diagnostic action in response to receiving the indication of failure of the MBIST. The processing core validates implementation of the diagnostic action.

  • Publication number: 20240311541
Abstract: Preplacement clock resolution for implementing a circuit design includes, prior to placement of the circuit design, determining, using computer hardware, pairs of clocks of the circuit design that clock synchronous inter-clock data paths. Using the computer hardware, a clock group is generated that includes clocks having a common ancestor clock node from the pairs of clocks. A clock delay group property is set, using the computer hardware, for the clocks of the clock group prior to placement. A placed version of the circuit design is generated using the computer hardware. The circuit design is placed using the clock delay group property as set for the clocks of the clock group.

  • Patent number: 12081533
Abstract: Present disclosure relates to system and method for converting RTMP stream into HLS format for live stream. The solution architecture can include three main components: a Publisher, a Streamer and an API server. The publisher manages incoming RTMP streams and converts RTMP stream into multiple (resolutions) HLS streams with an adaptive bit rate. The streamer manages end users consuming HLS feed. As publisher can be busy doing transcoding, the streamer can serve HLS format to an end user. At streamer level, caching is done instead of sending all requests to publisher. The API server manages load on the publishers and the streamers, and makes sure that the servers are available all the time. Live stream API server keeps record of the streams which are available as well as the corresponding publishers having the streams.

  • Publication number: 20240269106
Abstract: The present invention relates to substituted benzophenones of structural Formula I employed as small molecule inhibitor for controlling obesity. The present invention further relates to screening of small molecule inhibitors against p300 which selectively targets histone butyrylation thereby specifically inhibiting adipogenesis further aiding to prevention of weight gain. The present invention reveals that histone butyrylation increases during adipogenesis. Hence, inhibition of histone butyrylation by a small molecule inhibitor would be a promising therapeutic strategy to control obesity. Significantly, besides inhibiting adipogenesis in cellular model, it also prevents weight gain in high fat diet based mouse model system, indicating the possible use of the scaffold for obesity control.

  • Publication number: 20240273064
Abstract: With a forever incremental snapshot configuration and a typical caching policy (e.g., least recently used), a storage appliance may evict stable data blocks of an older snapshot, perhaps unchanged data blocks of the snapshot baseline. If stable data blocks have been evicted, restore of a recent snapshot will suffer the time penalty of downloading the stable blocks for restoring the recent snapshot. Creating synthetic baseline snapshots and refreshing eviction data of stable data blocks can avoid eviction of stable data blocks and reduce the risk of violating a recovery time objective.

  • Patent number: 12056229
Abstract: Various methods and systems are provided for autonomous orchestration of secrets renewal and distribution. A secrets management service (“SMS”) can be utilized to store, renew and distribute secrets in a distributed computing environment. The secrets are initially deployed, after which, SMS can automatically renew the secrets according to a specified rollover policy, and polling agents can fetch updates from SMS. In various embodiments, SMS can autonomously rollover client certificates for authentication of users who access a security critical service, autonomously rollover storage account keys, track delivery of updated secrets to secrets recipients, deliver secrets using a secure blob, and/or facilitate autonomous rollover using secrets staging. In some embodiments, a service is pinned to the path where the service's secrets are stored. In this manner, secrets can be automatically renewed without any manual orchestration and/or the need to redeploy services.

  • Publication number: 20240220482
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system and techniques for preventing corruption of snapshot data by limiting the visibility of committed data. To do this, the system may maintain an index that indicates the highest transaction identifier value such that no future commits will have a transaction identifier less than or equal to the indexed transaction identifier value. In embodiments, if a read is performed, only transactions having a transaction identifier less than or equal to the index value can be read. Each time that a transaction is committed, the index value is updated to the transaction identifier for the transaction having the highest transaction identifier without any intermediary transactions.
