    Abstract: Provided are a cardiomyocyte preparation, a preparation method therefor and the use of the preparation in treating heart failure. The cardiomyocyte preparation comprises cardiomyocytes and fibroblasts, differentiated from pluripotent stem cells, wherein the concentration of the cardiomyocytes in the cardiomyocyte preparation is 0.75×107-1.0×109 cells/mL, and the content of the cardiomyocytes is higher than 80% while the content of the fibroblasts is not higher than 20%. The cardiomyocyte preparation can improve cardiac ejection fraction and left ventricular fractional shortening, and increase the thickness of the left ventricular inner wall.

    Abstract: Methods of pre-conditioning and lubricating the rubbing surfaces of steel substrates are provided. The methods include a pre-conditioning step in which a hydrocarbon fluid having cycloalkane carboxylic acid additives dispersed therein is used to form a tribofilm on a rubbing surface of a device, following by replacing the pre-conditioning lubricant with a cycloalkane-carboxylic acid-free hydrocarbon lubricant for the regular operation of the device. The tribofilm formed during the pre-conditioning step provides long-term friction and wear reduction at the rubbing surfaces, even after it is replaced, and allows for the subsequent operation of the device without the need to change the composition of the regularly used lubricant.

    Abstract: This document describes techniques and systems for identifying and selecting a parking spot using radar-centric occupancy grid (RCOG) maps. An example system includes a processor that can identify available parking spots near a host vehicle using sensor data, including a radar occupancy grid (ROG) map. Parking-spot characteristics of each available parking spot are also determined using the sensor data. The processor can then determine a selected parking spot based on the parking-spot characteristics. The processor or another processor can then control operation of the host vehicle to park in the selected parking spot using an assisted-driving or autonomous-driving system and based on the parking-spot characteristics. In this way, the described system can identify, select, and navigate to a parking spot using a RCOG map without having to rely on infrastructure sensors or pass by open spots.

When a second stereo speaker is to be connected to the connector, the stereo speaker is connected so that the two speakers of the second stereo speaker are in reverse phase with each other. The information processing apparatus outputs a sound signal based on predetermined sound data from the amplifiers to the stereo speaker, thus identifying the type of the stereo speaker connected to the connector based on the sound collected with the microphone.
