Abstract: A flexible circuit board and a display module are provided. The flexible circuit board includes: a flexible substrate having a chip binding region; a driving chip, arranged in the chip binding region of the flexible substrate; and a protective layer, arranged on a side of the driving chip away from the flexible substrate, where the protective layer includes an electrostatic discharge layer, an orthographic projection of the electrostatic discharge layer on the flexible substrate at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the driving chip on the flexible substrate.

Abstract: This application provides a rotation shaft structure and an electronic device. The rotation shaft structure includes a main shaft assembly, and two folding assemblies. The folding assembly includes a rotation assembly, a support plate, and a housing mounting bracket. The rotation assembly is rotationally connected to the main shaft assembly. The support plate is rotationally connected to the housing mounting bracket and slidably connected to the rotation assembly. When two housing mounting brackets rotate toward each other, two support plates rotate in a same direction relative to the housing mounting brackets on corresponding sides, so that the two support plates and the main shaft assembly can form a triangle-like display accommodation space. When the electronic device is in a closed state, the display accommodation space can be used for accommodating a bent portion of the flexible display, so that the flexible display is not damaged by extrusion.

Abstract: A method, a system and an intelligent terminal for one-bit quantization DoA estimation, which include: when a quantity of far-field and uncorrelated spatial narrow-band source signals are incident from different directions to a uniform linear array receiver, receiving the narrow-band source signals by a quantity of antenna array elements, and the vector and matrix are used to model the received signals by one-bit quantization to obtain a joint probability mass model of one-bit quantization DoA estimation; deriving the joint probability mass model of one-bit quantization DoA estimation, and constructing an l2,1 norm optimization model based on the maximum likelihood principle; solving the steepest descent direction of the optimization model by steepest descent method to obtain the one-bit quantization DoA and the source number.

Abstract: An example method for communicating radio frequency (RF) settings to a wireless networking device to adaptively configure the wireless networking device in events of weather changes is presented. A network device may receive a weather metric corresponding to a wireless networking device and identify a target RF setting for the wireless networking device corresponding to the weather metric. Further, the network device may transmit the target RF setting to the wireless networking device to cause the wireless networking device to operate with the target RF setting thereby enhancing the performance of the wireless networking device.

Abstract: A battery test assembly includes: a positive electrode probe having a first end configured to be electrically connected to a positive electrode of the battery having a first end configured to be electrically connected to a negative electrode of the battery electrically connected to each of a second end of the positive electrode probe and a second end of the negative electrode probe is configured to test a voltage between the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the battery by testing a voltage between the second end of the positive electrode probe and the second end of the negative electrode probe.

Abstract: A communication method and apparatus is provided, to properly schedule retransmission of an uplink resource in a scenario in which uplink resources overlap in time domain. The method includes: determining, by a terminal, that a priority of a first uplink resource is higher than a priority of a second uplink resource in the first uplink resource and the second uplink resource that have an overlapping part in time domain; and when determining to send a signal by using the first uplink resource on the overlapping part, indicating, by the terminal to a network device, whether a MAC PDU is formed for the second uplink resource or whether data is stored in a corresponding buffer for the second uplink resource.

Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure provide a method and apparatus for determining a fault of a heating device and an electric water heater. When the heating device includes at least two heating units in an operating state parallelly arranged on branches of a same phase line and the heating unit include a heating element and a switch controlling the heating element, the method includes: acquiring a main circuit current value of the phase line when the operating state of the heating units is not changed, and determining that a fault occurs in a heating element in at least one heating unit when the main circuit current value is not greater than a first current value; and acquiring a variation value of the main circuit current value caused by turning on/off the switch, and determining that a fault occurs in a heating element controlled by the switch when the variation value of the main circuit current value is not greater than a preset variation value.

Abstract: A pressure compensation device with an accumulator group for controlled pressure drilling includes an electrical flat valve, a check valve, an accumulator group, a flanged pup joint and a support base. The electrical flat valve is connected to the check valve and is mounted on a top surface of the support base. The accumulator group mounted on the whole support base is a pre-storage pressure compensation device for controlled pressure drilling, and is located at a downstream position of the check valve. The liquid inlet end of the accumulator group is connected to the check valve, and the liquid discharge end is connected to the flanged pup joint.

Abstract: A combined platform for testing fireproof materials for cables includes a main frame for providing operating space; an air circulation system including a fresh air supply unit for supplying fresh air into the operating space and an exhaust gas treatment unit for treating the gas in the operating space under set conditions; an open flame system for providing an open flame for testing cables; a water circulation system for supplying water at least to the exhaust gas treatment unit and the operating space; and a control system for collecting at least the temperature and gas concentration in the operating space, and performing process control based on the collected results. The actual working conditions of scenarios such as fire-resistant cable tunnels and fire-resistant cable trenches can be simulated, and multiple tests such as combustion performance test and physical and chemical performance test can be carried out under various working conditions.

Abstract: Disclosed are a device and method for detecting defects of a high-voltage cable cross-bonded grounding system. The method comprises: selecting a protective grounding box of a cross-bonded grounding system, respectively connecting a signal excitation coupler to A-phase, B-phase and C-phase coaxial cables of the protective grounding box, selecting a stable signal with a frequency different from a power frequency or a field interference frequency, and testing effective current values and phases responded by the A-phase, B-phase and C-phase coaxial cables when the stable signal with the frequency F1 is injected into the A-phase, B-phase and C-phase coaxial cables of the protective grounding box in a coupled manner; and obtaining resistances and inductances of branch circuits of the cable cross-bonded grounding system by calculation according to measurement data, and determining if the cable cross-bonded grounding system has a connection defect.

Abstract: A carrier is provided for quantum computer chips that allows easy implementation, connection, and communication to and from the quantum computer chips while minimizing the thermal perturbation and avoiding labor intensive manual connection as well as the human error in such manual connection. Methods for fabricating such carriers are also provided.

Abstract: A conference data processing method includes acquiring a first meeting list of meetings created by a user, meetings in the first meeting list having been created by the user through an instant messaging (IM) client. The IM client includes an interface for calling a software development kit (SDK) of a separate conference application implementing at least one of audio or video conferencing. The method further includes requesting, through a fusion server, a server of the conference application to create a second meeting list according to the first meeting list, and receiving, through the fusion server, the second meeting list transmitted by the server of the conference application. The second meeting list includes meetings that correspond respectively to the meetings in the first meeting list. The method further includes establishing an association relationship between a meeting in the first meeting list and a meeting in the second meeting list.

Abstract: Application mobility is a unique feature of the edge computing to support relocation of application instance across edge computing hosts or between edge computing host and cloud computing over underlying mobile network. With the active-standby mode application instance implementation with support of L2 networks, the application mobility could achieve the service continuity with low latency switching time. An application mobility mechanism can be implemented in the data plane of edge computing host under the control of edge computing platform and management. It can be also implemented in L2 switching function of the User Plane Function in 5G networks.

Abstract: A waterway transferring device comprises a transferring body, a water outlet joint, and an anti-releasing mechanism. The transferring body comprises a first water inlet passage, a second water inlet passage, and a water outlet passage. The water outlet joint comprises an outer joint and an inner joint extending in the outer joint and connected to the first water inlet passage. The anti-releasing mechanism comprises a first anti-releasing member and a second anti-releasing member. When the outer joint is rotated to be connected to the water outlet passage, the first anti-releasing member and the second anti-releasing member are rotated relative to each other to be connected together, and when the outer joint is rotated reversely, the first anti-releasing member and the second anti-releasing member abut each other in an opposite direction to inhibit a rotation of the outer joint.
