Abstract: Provided is a new-type cis-replicon construct for efficiently expressing a target protein, which comprises an RNA polymerase coding unit and a target protein coding unit. The replicon construct can drive the replication of the target protein coding unit and reduce or avoid the replication and expression of the RNA polymerase, thereby effectively improving the expression of the target protein and reducing the expression of the non-target protein.

The metal oxide layer includes a lower metal oxide layer and an upper metal oxide layer stacked on the lower metal oxide layer. The lower metal oxide layer includes an indium oxide and a lanthanoid oxide. The upper metal oxide layer is located on a surface of the lower metal oxide layer adjacent to the source electrode and the drain electrode. The source electrode and the drain electrode are connected to the upper metal oxide layer. The upper metal oxide layer includes an indium oxide and a lanthanoid oxide, and the upper metal oxide layer includes polycrystalline phase.

Abstract: Disclosed are a device and method for detecting defects of a high-voltage cable cross-bonded grounding system. The method comprises: selecting a protective grounding box of a cross-bonded grounding system, respectively connecting a signal excitation coupler to A-phase, B-phase and C-phase coaxial cables of the protective grounding box, selecting a stable signal with a frequency different from a power frequency or a field interference frequency, and testing effective current values and phases responded by the A-phase, B-phase and C-phase coaxial cables when the stable signal with the frequency F1 is injected into the A-phase, B-phase and C-phase coaxial cables of the protective grounding box in a coupled manner; and obtaining resistances and inductances of branch circuits of the cable cross-bonded grounding system by calculation according to measurement data, and determining if the cable cross-bonded grounding system has a connection defect.

Abstract: An image object classification method and system are disclosed. The method is executed by a processor coupled to a memory. The method includes: providing an image file including at least one image object, performing a process of extracting multiple binary-classified characteristics on the image object to obtain a plurality of first results independent of each other in categories, combining the plurality of first results in a manner of dimensionality reduction based on concatenation, performing a process of characteristics abstraction on the combined first results to obtain a second result, and performing a process of characteristics integration on the plurality of first results and the second result in a manner of dot product of matrices to obtain a classification result.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive information indicating a condition for a conditional handover, and an indication to communicate on a source cell after transmitting a message on a target cell, associated with the conditional handover, and before receiving an additional message on the target cell. The UE may transmit the message on the target cell responsive to the condition for the conditional handover being satisfied. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: A temperature fuse assembly for a high-power DC circuit is provided. The temperature fuse assembly includes a case extending from a first case end to a second case end and an isolated lead projecting from the second case end. A bushing electrically isolates the isolated lead from the case. A high-gauge wire is electrically connected to the case at a first wire end and electrically connected to the isolated lead at a second wire end. A portion of the high-gauge wire is helically wound about an exterior of the bushing. When a temperature of the temperature fuse assembly exceeds a threshold temperature, the temperature fuse assembly is configured to conduct a DC current of the high-power DC circuit through the high-gauge wire. The high-gauge wire is configured to melt under a load of the DC current and interrupt the high-power DC circuit.

The method further includes requesting, through a fusion server, a server of the conference application to create a second meeting list according to the first meeting list, and receiving, through the fusion server, the second meeting list transmitted by the server of the conference application. The second meeting list includes meetings that correspond respectively to the meetings in the first meeting list. The method further includes establishing an association relationship between a meeting in the first meeting list and a meeting in the second meeting list.

The measurement apparatus includes a test signal generation unit configured to generate a voltage test signal and two-circuit current test signals, output the voltage test signal to a measurement unit, and output the two-circuit current test signals to the measurement unit and a current summation unit; the measurement unit configured to determine two-circuit electric energy values based on the voltage test signal and the two-circuit current test signals, and output the two-circuit electric energy values to a calculation control unit; the current summation unit configured to determine a combined current signal based on the two-circuit current test signals; and the calculation control unit configured to determine a total electric energy value based on the two-circuit electric energy values. The system includes a standard meter and a measurement apparatus.

The first terminal device transmits, based on the correspondence, data corresponding to the service information on a sidelink transmission resource configured based on the resource configuration mode. The service information may be reliability information.

Abstract: Application mobility is a unique feature of the edge computing to support relocation of application instance across edge computing hosts or between edge computing host and cloud computing over underlying mobile network. With the active-standby mode application instance implementation with support of L2 networks, the application mobility could achieve the service continuity with low latency switching time. An application mobility mechanism can be implemented in the data plane of edge computing host under the control of edge computing platform and management. It can be also implemented in L2 switching function of the User Plane Function in 5G networks.

When the outer joint is rotated to be connected to the water outlet passage, the first anti-releasing member and the second anti-releasing member are rotated relative to each other to be connected together, and when the outer joint is rotated reversely, the first anti-releasing member and the second anti-releasing member abut each other in an opposite direction to inhibit a rotation of the outer joint.
