    Abstract: Disclosed is a solid acid catalyst for preparing D-galactose and a preparation method thereof. The method includes: S1. synthesis of a skeleton carrier: S11. preparation of a sodium aluminate solution and an organic template solution; S12. mixing the sodium aluminate solution with the organic template solution, and thoroughly shaking a resulting mixture to obtain a mixed solution; S13. adding a zirconium source to the mixed solution obtained in S12, and thoroughly mixing; S14. subjecting a reaction system obtained in S13 to a hydrothermal reaction to obtain a mixed crystal ZrO2/Al2O3; and S15. rapidly heating the mixed crystal ZrO2/Al2O3 obtained in S14 until the organic template is completely ashed, and washing a resulting product with absolute ethanol to obtain a white solid ZrO2/Al2O3; and S2. soaking the skeleton carrier obtained in S1 in concentrated sulfuric acid such that sulfonyl is loaded on the skeleton carrier to obtain the target solid acid.

Such a prediction may involve developing a model of an object and determining ways in which an actually-manufactured 3D object corresponding to the model differs in real life. These differences correspond to shape deviations. Shape deviations may be process dependent and/or path dependent, and different layers of the object as well as the manufacturing process to make the different layers may introduce shape deviations in layers of the object. By developing a transfer functions of the manufacturing process and associated interlayer effects of the layers and then appropriately offsetting inputs to the manufacturing process, the shape deviations may be ameliorated.

    Abstract: A micro-power wireless access method and apparatus for the Internet of things for power transmission and transformation equipment involves a time synchronization process, a traffic channel access process, a control channel configuration information access process, and a control channel burst information access process. In the time synchronization process, an aggregation node determines a delay parameter and other parameters based on a timeslot in which traffic information randomly transmitted by a sensing terminal is located, and the sensing terminal adjusts transmission time of a corresponding frame based on the parameters. The traffic channel access process adopts a mode in which one-way reporting is mainly used, to minimize working time of a sensor. The present disclosure realizes limited two-way communication on a control channel, supports configuration of a sensor cycle, a threshold, and other parameters, and supports a retransmission mechanism on the control channel for important alarm information.

    Abstract: A robot joint torque control system and a load compensation method therefor are provided, which relate to the technical field of robot joint motion control. A mathematical model of the robot joint torque control system is established first. Equivalent transformation is performed on a system functional block diagram thereof, and then it can be seen that load parameters have a great influence on joint torque output. A load compensation controller is designed to effectively eliminate the influence of the load parameters on an output torque of the joint. The system is equivalent to an inertial element on the basis of the compensation, and then a PD controller parameter is adjusted to increase an open-loop gain of the system, so as to increase a system bandwidth and increase a response speed of the joint torque control system, thereby improving performance of the joint torque control system.
