    Abstract: A content-oriented communications network includes an ingress gateway in communication with a legacy client of a first legacy communications network, and an egress gateway in communication with the ingress gateway and a legacy server of a second legacy communications network. The ingress gateway translates a content request of the legacy client from a first legacy protocol to a content-oriented protocol and translates a content reply received in response to the content request from the content-oriented protocol to the first legacy protocol. The egress gateway translates the content request from the content-oriented protocol to a second legacy protocol and translates the content reply received in response to the content request from the second legacy protocol to the content-oriented protocol.

    Abstract: A method is provided whereby a placement-based cost function is utilized to minimize leakage and dynamic power that is consumed by clock networks implemented within integrated circuits (ICs) such as field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). An initial placement of clock signal loads is analyzed to determine whether an alternative placement of clock signal loads results in the reduction of the usage of vertical clock spines, or equivalently, the optimization of the cost function. Several desirable characteristics are obtained through strategic clock signal load placement within the FPGA in accordance with the cost function. First, the number of clock regions spanned by a particular clock signal is minimized. Second, interconnect capacitance within the clock region is also minimized. By minimizing the total capacitance of a particular clock network implemented within a clock region, the leakage and dynamic power consumed by the clock network within the clock region is also minimized.

    Abstract: A noise elimination method based on sound ray refraction theory and the muffler thereby are disclosed. The method use s low temperature refrigeration system (2) to form a temperature gradient inside and outside the chamber of the muffler, and the temperature inside the pipe wall of the chamber is higher than the outside. The temperature gradient may force sound ray to reflect towards the low temperature direction, so the noise of the system may be captured and reduced. The muffler comprises a housing (1) whose inner wall is laid with a sound absorbing structure (4), and on the outer wall of the housing (1) is provide a low temperature refrigerating system (2). The system covers at least of the area of the outer wail of muffler housing (1) and combines with a temperature control system (3) to realize quantitative control of the temperature gradient. The muffler improves the noise-absorbing effect of the existing muffler effectively.

The EPC receives a message which indicates that the UE returns to an S-eNB service area sent by the S-eNB. The EPC sends the NAS message to the UE through the S-eNB, if needed. With the method and the apparatus, the EPC can acquire a location of the UE in time in the case of a handover failure of the UE, a time limit of a retransmission timer is set precisely, and a specific implementation for forwarding an NAS message through an X2 interface is provided.

Therefore, shrinkage holes and disperse shrinkages base are reduced greatly and the dregs and air are discharged easily for the base.     Abstract: Described are group key generation and distribution mechanisms that offer efficient protection for multi-party communication applications. A network includes a key distribution center (KDC) and m relay stations (RS). The KDC and each RS choose their own secret number. Each RS encodes its secret number and sends it to the KDC. The KDC uses the secret numbers from all the RS's, as well as its own secret number, to generate a random group key RGK. Then, to each RS, the KDC sends a partial key, which is a mathematical combination of the RGK with that RS's secret number. Each RS can then combine its secret number with the received partial key to deduce the RGK. Once all RS have deduced the RGK, the RGK can be used for further key exchange and encryption procedures and encrypted data transfer.
