    Abstract: Middleware is provided as a control plane for WiMAX control messaging. Each ASN in a WiMAX system is associated with a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) server. A plurality of Functional Entities (FEs) are distributed across the ASNs, wherein each FE (or a group of FEs) associated with a SIP agent. Each FE is operable to control a function associated with a subscriber station (SS). The function controlled by a first FE is transferred to a second FE by employing the SIP agents to establish a SIP session between the first and second FEs. WiMAX control messages are then exchanged over the established session to transfer the SS function from the first FE to the second FE. The first and second FEs may be in the same ASN—i.e. the SS mobility is intra-domain—or, the first and second FEs may be in different ASNs—i.e. the SS mobility is inter-domain.

    Abstract: The present invention belongs to a method for preparing organic ligand-capped titanium dioxide nanocrystals, wherein the method comprises steps of using methyl titanate, ethyl titanate, n-propyl titanate, iso-propyl titanate, butyl titanate or titanium tetrachloride as a titanium source, and with capping by oleic acid or an organic capping agent, reacting the titanium source in an organic non-polar solvent with an aqueous alkaline substance solution in the interface at a temperature of 25 to 280° C. for 0.5 to 240 hrs, thus a transparent sol containing titanium dioxide nanocrystals is obtained, said the titanium dioxide nanocrystals have particle diameters of 1-20 nm. The preparing process has the features of mild reaction conditions and is a simpler and easier method with a shorter preparation period, thereby facilitating the industrialization.

    Abstract: A method of casting the base of high-power wind turbines with low-temperature nodular graphite iron, use furan resin sand as the mold sand, and there is no riser or chill in the mold. The mold undergoes microseismic compaction, has no chill and riser, and when parting the parting face is perpendicular to the ground. The molten iron solidifies evenly, which greatly reduces the shrinkage holes and disperse shrinkage, and the dregs and air are easy to be discharged. The pouring system designed for the base, together with reasonable pouring rate and time, makes the system useful in blocking the dregs. All areas of the base need to meet the standards of EN DIN12680 Level 2 or Level 3 of the UT tests.
