    Abstract: A crosstalk-suppressing image sensor includes a semiconductor substrate, an opaque layer, and a spectral filter. The semiconductor substrate includes a photodiode therein and is located beneath a light-exposure region of a back surface of the semiconductor substrate. The opaque layer is on the back surface, partially covers the light-exposure region, and has an opaque-layer thickness perpendicular to an image-plane direction parallel to the back surface. The spectral filter is adjacent to the opaque layer in the image-plane direction, and partially covers the light-exposure region.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for preparing nicotinamide mononucleotide by using nicotinamide as a raw material, which comprises: in acetonitrile, dichloromethane, 1,2-dichloroethane or liquid sulfur dioxide as a solvent, allowing nicotinamide and tetraacetyl ribose to react as catalyzed by trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate or tin tetrachloride, adjusting a pH value thereof to 3-5, adding a sodium methoxide solution thereto to react at ?15° C. to 5° C., adjusting a pH value thereof to 3-5, and subjecting the reaction mixture to microfiltration and nanofiltration using a membrane concentrator, thereby obtain a nicotinamide ribose solution; allowing the nicotinamide ribose solution to react as catalyzed by nicotinamide ribokinase in the presence of Mg ions, ATP and a buffer, thereby obtaining nicotinamide mononucleotide.

It uses the simplified Faraday-Michelson interference ring in combination with the intensity modulator to perform timestamp encoding in a chopping manner. The phase modulation is completed with a Sagnac ring device composed of a single-polarization phase modulator, a polarization beam splitter and a Faraday rotator, so as to achieve the purpose of composite encoding and decoding, thus realizing a quantum key distribution device which can be configured with multiple protocols and multiple decoy state schemes. This device can be compatible with multiple protocols including BB84 protocol, the reference frame-independent protocol, the six-state protocol and SARG protocol and is characterized with polarization-independent phase modulation and low system complexity.

    Abstract: An active feedback control method for a quantum communication system based on machine learning is disclosed. In the transmission process of a quantum key distribution system, the present invention uses a pre-trained double-layer LSTM network to predict, according to a real-time ambient temperature, humidity and laser light intensity fluctuation, as well as voltage changes in the past moment, a zero-phase voltage value of a phase modulator at a receiving end at the next moment, and updates the network at a fixed time interval, so that the LSTM network can accurately predict for a long time, ensuring that the quantum key distribution system operates stably and efficiently for a long time. The present invention greatly improves the transmission efficiency of the quantum key distribution system by method of active prediction and feedback control.
