    Abstract: A reaming device connects to downhole motor with paralleled driving structure. The downhole motor contains power section assembly, sleeve and connection pad. The power section assembly has a rotor and a stator in which the stator covers the rotor. The sleeve is located inside the rotor that drives the sleeve to make rotation. The connection pad is affixed to and rotates with the sleeve is disposed on the one end of the extended part of rotor from the bottom of sleeve. The reamer is set on the stator of power section assembly or on the cover connecting to the stator from power section assembly. The rotor drives the reamer to rotate with the stator or on the cover connecting to the stator through the sleeve and the connection pad.

    Abstract: An image sensor includes one or more photodiodes disposed in a semiconductor material to receive image light and generate image charge, and a floating diffusion to receive the image charge from the one or more photodiodes. One or more transfer transistors is coupled to transfer image charge in the one or more photodiodes to the floating diffusion, and a source follower transistor is coupled to amplify the image charge in the floating diffusion. The source follower includes a gate electrode (coupled to the floating diffusion), source and drain electrodes, and an active region disposed in the semiconductor material between the source and drain electrodes. A dielectric material is disposed between the gate electrode and the active region and has a first thickness and a second thickness. The second thickness is greater than the first thickness, and the second thickness is disposed closer to the drain electrode than the first thickness.

The low Dk/low Df glass fiber component has a Dk of less than about 5.0 at a frequency of from 1 MHz to 1 GHz and a Df of less than about 0.002 at a frequency of from 1 MHz to 1 GHz. In certain aspects the thermoplastic composition has a Dk that is at least about 0.1 lower than a substantially identical reference composition that does not include the low Dk/low Df glass fiber component.

The laser direct structuring additive includes copper chromite black, copper hydroxide phosphate, tin-antimony cassiterite grey or a combination thereof. In some aspects the polymeric base resin includes polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polyamide (PA), polycarbonate (PC), poly(p-phenylene oxide) (PPO), or combinations thereof. In certain aspects the thermoplastic composition has a nano molding technology (NMT) bonding strength of at least about 20 MPa when bonded to aluminum alloy. In further aspects the thermoplastic composition includes a plating index of at least a about 0.25. The disclosed thermoplastic compositions can be used to form articles such as NMT bonded covers of consumer electronics devices.
