The method includes the following steps: plan and design a pond project according to the specific conditions of the target coastal mudflat to be protected; dig a trench and build a dike in the surface of the target coastal mudflat and enclose the dike to form at least one pond, wherein the trench in the pond is adjacent to the surface of the mudflat to form the pond with a large water surface, a shallow water layer and a seasonal open waterfront; and cultivate an aquatic product in the trench, with or without an emergent aquatic plant planted in the surface of the mudflat.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for creating a visual guide for developing training data for a classification of image, where the training data includes images tagged with labels for the classification of the images. A processor may prompt a user to define a framework for the classification. For an initial set of images within the training data, qualified human classifiers are prompted to locate the images within the framework and to tag the images with labels. The processor determines whether the tagged images have consistent labels, and, if so, the processor adds images to the training data. The processor may add the images by providing a visual guide, the visual guide including tagged images arranged according to their locations within the framework their labels, and prompting human classifiers to tag the additional images with labels for the classification, according to the visual guide.

    Abstract: Implementations herein relate to a method for preparing organic-pollution-resistant ion exchange resins and application thereof. The method includes adding modified inorganic particles to prepare novel ion exchange resins containing inorganic particles modified by a parcel modifier. A weight ratio between the monomer of the ion exchange resins and the modified inorganic particles is about 0.1% to 30%. The method may increase moisture content of the resins 3 to 30% such as to improve the structures of the resins, and therefore increase the regeneration efficiency 0.4 to 70%, as compared to conventions resins. The method improves resistance of resins to organic pollution, increases regeneration efficiency, and extends service life of the resins. In the process of water treatment, the ion exchange resin of the implementations may be regenerated with long-term stability. In addition to securing the water treatment efficiency, the method may avoid frequent replacement operations and lower the costs.
