    Abstract: The present invention provides an anthropogenic glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) recombinant protein molecule fused with an anthropogenic immunoglobulin subtype (IgG2) Fc section and a preparation method and purpose thereof. The fusion protein has the biological activity of GLP-1, and also has a significantly prolonged half-life in vivo. The fusion protein can be used to treat type II diabetes, obesity, and other diseases that are treated by decreasing serum glucose, suppressing gastrointestinal motility, and emptying or suppressing food intake.

    Abstract: Ultrasonic surgical device is provided. The device includes a shell which holds an energy converter and an amplitude-change pole. The energy converter may include piezoceramic stack that converts electrical signals into mechanical ultrasonic movement in the longitudinal direction of the device. The amplitude-change pole is a mechanical amplifier that uses mass differentials to amplify the ultrasonic motion. A cutting instrument interfaces with the amplitude-change pole. A drive motor causes on oscillation mechanism, which may be a rocker, to oscillate in a direction tangentially to the longitudinal axis. The oscillating mechanism may then couple to the energy converter, causing the entire cutting structure to move in this oscillation. This causes the cutter to ultrasonically vibrate along the longitudinal axis, while oscillating tangentially to the longitudinal axis.

    Abstract: Implementations herein relate to a method for extraction of phthalates using hydrophilic magnetic resins with high specific surface areas. The implementations relate to a technical field of preparation of resins for fast enrichment and separation of trace organics in water. By adding magnetic particles, precursor resins may be prepared using divinylbenzene, vinyl benzoate and glycidyl methacrylate copolymerization ester. After the cross-linking reaction, surface areas of the resins are increased and hydrolysis of the ester group in alkaline solution may be implemented to obtain high specific surface magnetic resins rich in hydroxyl groups. The resins have higher adsorptive capacity and selectivity to adsorb phthalates in water samples. Rapid extraction may be implemented using magnetic solid phase extraction rod to achieve enrichment and separation of phthalates in a large amount of water samples.

The embodiments may include (a) adjusting a pH of the nitrotoluene wastewater to 1.5 to 2.0, standing for precipitation, draining sludge of the nitrotoluene wastewater at the bottom, obtaining supernatant of nitrotoluene wastewater, placing the supernatant through a cathode inlet into a cathode chamber of an electrochemical reactor; (b) performing electrochemical treatment, wherein reduction reaction of the supernatant of the nitrotoluene wastewater takes place at the cathode chamber, the nitrotoluene wastewater is placed into the anode chamber for oxidation reaction through the cathode outlet, the catholyte tank, and the anode inlet in sequence; (c) adjusting the nitrotoluene wastewater treated in step (b) via the anolyte tank, and then discharging the nitrotoluene wastewater into a biochemical system.
