    Abstract: A method for measuring a pose of a robotic end tool, including: obtaining a three-dimensional feature of a flange and a three-dimensional feature of the end tool, establishing a first coordinate system and a second coordinate system at the center of the flange and the center of the end tool respectively, calculating a positional offset of the second coordinate system relative to the first coordinate system, and calculating a rotation offset of the second coordinate system relative to the first coordinate system according to each unit vector of the second coordinate system, so as to obtain a pose of the end tool relative to the flange. The method provided in the present application, compared with the manual observation method, the precision and stability of the pose measurement method are high.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an optical path/beam splitting unit and a coaxial-wire-feed cladding head thereof. The optical path/beam splitting unit includes an adjustable mirror and at least one stage of beam splitter. Several adjustable mirrors are distributed around the beam splitter. The beam splitter splits an incident laser beam into a plurality of split beams perpendicular to the incident laser beam. The split beams all are focused to a point through the adjustable mirrors. The coaxial-wire-feed cladding head includes a cladding head mirror cavity provided therein with the optical path/beam splitting unit and a wire feeding tube. The wire feeding tube is coaxially arranged with the collimated laser beam. The wire feeding tube extends out of the cladding head mirror cavity. A wire passes through the wire feeding tube and the wire feeding nozzle in order. The adjustable mirrors adjust the focusing of the split beams onto the wire.

The lipid content in the recombinant strain Mc-glelo is not obviously different from that in the control strain Mc1552, however, the lipid composition changes greatly, and dihomo-?-linolenic acid appears in the lipids of the recombinant strain Mc-glelo, and the content thereof reaches 5.7% of the total fatty acids.

The hydrogenation reduction is continuously carried out in a multi-stage bubble column reactor loaded with a supported alkaline cobalt-based catalyst, wherein isophorone nitrile imine is successively in countercurrent contact with hydrogen in each stage of the reactor to carry out a hydrogenation reduction reaction, so as to obtain the isophorone diamine.     Abstract: An analog integrated circuit is disclosed in which short channel transistors are stacked on top of long channel transistors, vertically separated by an insulating layer. With such a design, it is possible to produce a high density, high power, and high performance analog integrated circuit chip including both short and long channel devices that are spaced far enough apart from one another to avoid crosstalk. In one embodiment, the transistors are FinFETs and the long channel devices are multi-gate FinFETs. In one embodiment, single and dual damascene devices are combined in a multi-layer integrated circuit cell. The cell may contain various combinations and configurations of the short and long-channel devices. A high density cell can be made by simply shrinking the dimensions of the cells and replicating two or more cells in the same size footprint as the original cell.
