    Abstract: A 5G-based communication method for an industrial apparatus can be implemented in industrial apparatus during manufacturing operations, and a microprocessor. The industrial apparatus can collect data sets concerning itself, generate a 5G signal containing the data sets, and send the 5G signal to the microprocessor. The microprocessor determines a communication channel for the microprocessor according to the identification of the industrial apparatus in the data set, and can find a data processing rule, a data storage rule, and a data emission rule corresponding to the communication channel in a relationship table. The data is processed accordingly enabling a safe, efficient, and convenient transmission of data sets between the microprocessor and the industrial apparatus.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a polydopamine film and a preparation method and application thereof. The polydopamine film is loaded with silver sulfadiazine, and the preparation method achieves in-situ synthesis of silver sulfadiazine on a conventional polydopamine film by microwave irradiation. In the method, the sulfadiazine is not dissolved in conventional aqueous ammonia, which has the following advantages: firstly, preventing the polydopamine film from being corroded by the aqueous ammonia; secondly, protecting mucosa such as eyes and nasal cavities of workers from stimulation and corrosion of the aqueous ammonia; and thirdly, avoiding the environmental problem caused by pungent odor and fumes emitted from high-concentration aqueous ammonia. In the method, without using the catalyst trifluoromethanesulfonic acid or trifluoromethanesulfonic salt, not only is the loading of silver sulfadiazine increased, but also the safety performance can be further improved.

    Abstract: A low drop-out (LDO) voltage regulator circuit includes a power transistor having a control terminal configured to receive a control signal and an output terminal coupled to an output node. A current regulation loop senses current flowing through the power transistor and modulates the control signal to cause the power transistor to output a constant current to the output node. A voltage regulation loop senses voltage at the output node and modulates the control signal to cause the power transistor to deliver current to the output node so that an output voltage at the output node is regulated. The current regulation loop includes a bipolar transistor connected to the control terminal of the power transistor, where a base terminal of the bipolar transistor is driven by a signal dependent on a difference between the sensed current flowing through the power transistor and a reference.

    Abstract: A dual width SOI FinFET is disclosed in which different portions of a strained fin have different widths. A method of fabrication of such a dual width FinFET entails laterally recessing the strained fin in the source and drain regions using a wet chemical etching process so as to maintain a high degree of strain in the fin while trimming the widths of fin portions in the source and drain regions to less than 5 nm. The resulting FinFET features a wide portion of the fin in the channel region underneath the gate, and a narrower portion of the fin in the source and drain regions. An advantage of the narrower fin is that it can be more easily doped during the growth of the epitaxial raised source and drain regions.
