The methods disclosed herein separately extend a set of primers (BC primers) that each comprise a target-specific sequence, a molecular barcode and a universal sequence, and amplify the resulting extension products using another set of primers (LA primers) that each comprise another target-specific sequence and a universal sequence. The methods may further comprise amplification using universal primers (preferably comprising an adapter).

The carbon nanotube network structure includes carbon nanotube films stacked with each other. Each of the carbon nanotube films includes carbon nanotubes aligned substantially parallel to a surface of the carbon nanotube film. A metal-air battery is also disclosed.

Abstract: A cathode of a lithium-air battery includes a carbon nanotube composite film and a protecting layer. The carbon nanotube composite film includes a carbon nanotube network structure and a catalyst in particle form located in the carbon nanotube network structure. The carbon nanotube composite film is disposed on a surface of the protecting layer. The protecting layer allows conduction of lithium ions while preventing organic substances in an electrolyte of the lithium-air battery reaching the carbon nanotube composite film. A lithium-air battery is also disclosed.

When a countdown of the connection time is zero, the time limit control device controls the network switch module to disable the network card and thereby disconnecting the computer from the external network.

The system constructs a network connection between the server and the computer according to an Internet protocol (IP) address, a media access control (MAC) address and a name of the computer, and enables the computer in a wake-up mode when the server connects to the computer through the LAN. A wake-up command is generated for waking up a WOL function of the computer, the computer performs a WOL function test process according to the wake-up command. The sever detects a current status of the computer from a data packet when the data packet is received from the computer, and records the current status as a test result of the WOL function of the computer.
