    Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulating body having a base portion, which includes a mating chamber enclosed by a top plate, a bottom plate and two side plates. The mating chamber allows a insertion portion of a mating connector to insert backward therein. The top and bottom plates are provided with multiple accommodating grooves. A projection protrudes from each side plate. The projection has a highest point higher than the mating chamber, and a lowest point lower than the mating chamber. Multiple terminals are correspondingly accommodated in the accommodating grooves. A shielding shell has a top wall and two side walls. A mating port is enclosed by the top wall and front ends of the two side walls and located in front of the projection, and is larger than the mating chamber. Each side wall is respectively and correspondingly provided with a fitting portion to fit with the projection.

    Abstract: The persistence of vision rotary display device is a display that presents 2-D and 3-D images that appear to float in midair through the timely energization of a plurality of LEDs that travel in circular paths on a rotor. The rotor is driven by a motor mounted in a stator; the stator may be mounted to a fixed structure or held in a user's hand. The device achieves a resolution that is not limited by the physical size of the LEDs by mounting LEDs on multiple arms with a different offset from the center on each arm. Control electronics in the rotor map the image to polar format and adjust the timing of the LEDs to compensate for the fact that they may be on different arms. The device may present moving images by changing the image at a predetermined frame rate.

    Abstract: The invention provides a class of sucrose ester based cationic lipids and preparation method thereof. The vector prepared using the cationic lipid can be used to deliver nucleic acid. The sucrose ester based cationic lipid is prepared by using a chemical synthesis method in the invention, wherein the synthesis method is simple, and has a relatively high product yield. A composition, including suspension, emulsion, micelle and liposome and the like, can be prepared by mixing the sucrose ester based cationic lipid compound of the invention with a co-lipid. Sucrose ester based cationic lipid complex can be prepared by using the said composition and nucleic acid, which has advantages such as simple preparation, low toxicity and high transfection efficiency, and is a novel and highly efficient gene vector.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a brazing method for joining substrates, in particular where one of the substrates is difficult to wet with molten braze material. The method includes formation of a porous metal layer on a first substrate to assist wetting of the first substrate with a molten braze metal, which in turn permits joining of the first substrate with a second substrate via a braze metal later in an assembled brazed joint. Ceramic substrates can be particularly difficult to wet with molten braze metals, and the disclosed method can be used to join a ceramic substrate to another substrate. The brazed joint can be incorporated into a solid-oxide fuel cell, for example as a stack component thereof, in particular when the first substrate is a ceramic substrate and the joined substrate is a metallic substrate.
