A second end of the capacitor is connected to a second end of the thermistor. The capacitor is connected in parallel with the device under test. The circuit breaking element disclosed in the present invention is a ceramic tube fuse and forms an open circuit when the device under test forms a short circuit. Meanwhile, the ceramic tube fuse withstands voltage between its first and second end without generating any physical damage.

The substrate is heated to a temperature sufficient to melt the patterned metal circuit material but not the porous metal interlayer. Spreading of molten metal circuit material on the substrate is controlled by the porous metal interlayer, which can itself be patterned, such as having a defined circuit pattern. Thick-film silver or other metal circuits can be custom designed in complicated shapes for high temperature/high power applications. The materials designated for the circuit design allows for a low-cost method of generating silver circuits other metal circuits on a ceramic substrate.

    Abstract: A carbon nanotube composite vector having a synergistic effect of photothermal therapy and gene therapy, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The vector includes a vector moiety and a gene, and the vector moiety includes carbon nanotubes, a peptide lipid, and/or an additive. A modifier is immobilized on the carbon nanotubes by a self-assembly process to prepare the composite vector that can carry and transfer the gene. The composite vector overcomes the problems that pure carbon nanotubes have poor water solubility, low biocompatibility, and poor gene carrying and transfer efficiency; moreover, the composite vector has higher photothermal conversion performances and gene transfer efficiency, reduces cytotoxicity of carbon nanotubes, and alleviates the problem of localized accumulation of carbon nanotubes. The synergistic effect of photothermal therapy and gene therapy is applied to resolve the problem in tumor treatment that the efficacy of a single treatment method is poor.

The method is to use synchronous rotation of an ultrasonic probe or cyclic switching of emission array elements in the ultrasonic probe under the premise of a uniform displacement of the ultrasonic probe along the Z axis, so that the change trajectory of the positions of emission array elements over time in a three-dimensional space at each ultrasonic emission time is distributed along a spiral line or a curve. The collected echo data is stored and post-processed to realize ultrasonic tomography imaging of an object. The spiral ultrasonic tomography three-dimensional scanning method and the corresponding system realize rapid continuous uninterrupted data acquisition to ensure that higher spatial resolution in the Z-axis direction.
