  • Publication number: 20240350287
Abstract: Described herein are flexible implantable occluding devices that can, for example, navigate the tortuous vessels of the neurovasculature. The occluding devices can also conform to the shape of the tortuous vessels of the vasculature. In some embodiments, the occluding devices can direct blood flow within a vessel away from an aneurysm or limit blood flow to the aneurysm. Some embodiments describe methods and apparatus for adjusting, along a length of the device, the porosity of the occluding device. In some embodiments, the occluding devices allows adequate blood flow to be provided to adjacent structures such that those structures, whether they are branch vessels or oxygen-demanding tissues, are not deprived of the necessary blood flow.

  • Patent number: 12126999
Abstract: An Authorization Verification Service (AVS) is disclosed that may be provided by an IoT/M2M service layer to registrants of the service layer for Dynamic Context Aware Authorization. The AVS may allow the IoT/M2M service layer entities to define dynamic limits for authorizing access to services or data. The limits may be set, for example, in terms of the number of allowed accesses. When an IoT/M2M registrant makes a request for data or services for which it has dynamic context aware authorization, the AVS may maintain records of the remaining accesses available.

  • Patent number: 12125512
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to spin-orbit torque (SOT) magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) devices comprising a doped bismuth antimony (BiSbE) layer having a (012) orientation. The devices may include magnetic write heads, read heads, or MRAM devices. The dopant in the BiSbE layer enhances the (012) orientation. The BiSbE layer may be formed on a texturing layer to ensure the (012) orientation, and a migration barrier may be formed over the BiSbE layer to ensure the antimony does not migrate through the structure and contaminate other layers. A buffer layer and interlayer may also be present. The buffer layer and the interlayer may each independently be a single layer of material or a multilayer of material. The buffer layer and the interlayer inhibit antimony (Sb) migration within the doped BiSbE layer and enhance uniformity of the doped BiSbE layer while further promoting the (012) orientation of the doped BiSbE layer.

  • Publication number: 20240349179
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may detect that two or more of the slices that were requested by the UE cannot be served by the same access and mobility management function (AMF). Once the UE is able to determine that the multiple requested slices cannot be served by the same AMF, the UE may account for this incompatibility. For example, the UE may decide to only request compatible slices, or the UE may execute procedures with the network that allow the UE to simultaneously communicate with multiple AMFs. By allowing the UE to communicate with multiple AMFs, the UE may be able to utilize separate AMFs to register to slices that cannot be served by the same AMF. The system may allow for the UE to be paged by multiple AMFs.

  • Publication number: 20240348562
Abstract: A shared networking pipeline is implemented by a network interface device and shared by a plurality of host devices. A pool of shared buffers of a network interface device correspond to one or more stages in the pipeline and are configured to allocate entries to the plurality of host devices based on the respective shares of the shared packet processing pipeline. Data is buffered associated with traffic of a first one of the plurality of host devices in a first subset of shared buffers, where the traffic is to proceed from a first stage to a second stage in the shared packet processing pipeline, and the data is associated with processing of the traffic by the second stage. Forward progress of the traffic is to be prevented from the first stage to the second stage when the first subset of entries are occupied.
