  • Patent number: 11520634
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to requirement-based resource sharing in a computing environment. In an embodiment, a computer-implemented method is disclosed. According to the method, it is determined whether a plurality of services to be provisioned in a computing environment match with each other in resource consumption based on respective resource requirements of the plurality of services. In response to determining that the plurality of services match with each other, a resource pool is allocated in the computing environment to be shared by the plurality of services. The resource pool has a resource quota determined based on at least one of the resource requirements. The plurality of services is caused to be provisioned in the computing environment using the resource pool. In other embodiments, a computer system and a computer program product are disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20220067698
Abstract: Wireless payment systems and methods for electronic payment of bills are provided. In one example, a digital image of a bill and a location of a user device at a time at which the digital image was captured are received by a service provider server. A merchant is determined based on the location of the user device at the time at which the digital image was captured. A merchant-specific bill format of the bill is determined for the merchant. A billed amount is determined by analyzing the digital image using intelligent optical character recognition based on the merchant-specific bill format of the bill. Payment and optionally reward point processing is subsequent performed.

  • Patent number: 11022965
Abstract: Controlling product production in multi-stage manufacturing process automatically generates by machine learning causal relationships between the processing conditions and the product quality based on product genealogy data and product quality data. Real time sensor data from sensors coupled to processing units in a manufacturing facility implementing the multi-stage manufacturing process are received, and control rules are instantiated based on the real time sensor data. An instantiated control rule firing causes an actuator to automatically set a processing variable to a set point specified in the control rule.
