The top section is positioned above the bottom section and includes at least one side wall. The release mechanism is placed at the top wall and includes at least one bar that extends horizontally along a plane of the top wall. The ladder component is placed at the at least one side wall of the top section and engages the at least one bar of the release mechanism to facilitate adjusting the top section downward and upward in relation to the bottom section.

Abstract: Embodiments of a disposable liner that is disposed in a cavity of a basin are disclosed. In one embodiment, a disposable liner that is disposed in a cavity of a basin includes sidewalls that are designed to adapt to the contours of the cavity of the basin and a bottom wall that is attached to the sidewalls and includes a drainage hole that is aligned with the drainage hole of the basin. The disposable liner further includes a cover that seals the drainage holes, preventing water from draining out of the disposable liner through the drainage hole. The cover includes an elongated tab that extends to a top edge of at least one of the side walls. The elongated tab is designed to facilitate peeling the cover off the disposable liner.

Abstract: A representative spa apparatus includes a basin having a drainage opening. The drainage opening is located at the lowest point of the basin so that water can be drained. The spa apparatus further includes a basin structure that houses the basin, a chair that is attached to the basin structure and a fluid drawing system that includes a drainage element and an external control element. The drainage element is coupled to the drainage opening and the external control element controls the drainage element to open and shut the drainage opening. The external control element is attached to the basin structure remote from the basin.

In one embodiment, the pump flow optimizer comprises: at least one primary output nozzle that is configured to direct outflow from a pump on which is positioned, the primary output nozzles being configured to redirect outflow at approximately a twenty nine degree angle relative to a surface on which it is disposed; and a plurality of center nozzles configured to further redirect outflow from the pump on which the optimizer is disposed, the center nozzles being configured to allow act as secondary output nozzles in that each center nozzle permits a smaller volume of outflow from the pump to be released.
