  • Patent number: 12084238
Abstract: In one aspect, a compact augmented permeation system (CAPS) assembly includes a housing defining an interior cavity. The housing further defines a gas inlet for receiving gas within the interior cavity and a gas outlet for expelling the gas from the interior cavity. Additionally, the CAPS assembly includes a gas-permeable membrane positioned within the housing and defining a system boundary across the interior cavity such that gas received within the interior cavity via the gas inlet permeates through the gas-permeable membrane before being expelled from the interior cavity via the gas outlet.

  • Publication number: 20240294012
Abstract: Systems and methods of recommending replacement of printheads. In an embodiment, a system trains a first neural network to generate anomaly scores for printheads using an unsupervised learning algorithm based on first training samples of conforming printhead data from a pool of conforming printheads. The system generates a training dataset for a recurrent second neural network by identifying training printhead data for a pool of training printheads, inputting second training samples of the training printhead data into the first neural network to generate training anomaly scores for the training printheads over a plurality of time units, and formatting third training samples for the training printheads. The system trains the recurrent second neural network to generate scaled anomaly scores for printheads using a supervised learning algorithm based on the second training dataset.

  • Publication number: 20240294409
Abstract: A biogas treatment process is integrated with a water treatment process to adjust the pH level of the water and to provide more effective disinfection of the water. A water wash process is utilized to separate methane and carbon dioxide present in the biogas. During the water wash process, the biogas is mixed with water and the carbon dioxide is absorbed into the water. Because the process typically occurs at an elevated pressure and reduced temperature to enhance the solubility of carbon dioxide in water, the water stream becomes supersaturated with carbon dioxide. This water stream, which is supersaturated with carbon dioxide, is provided to the water treatment process to adjust the pH level of the water treatment process. The pH level is regulated to a desired level such that an increased relative concentration of hypochlorous acid is produced when sodium hypochlorite is added to the treatment process.

  • Patent number: 12070177
Abstract: A surface cleaning head includes dual rotating agitators (e.g., a leading roller and a brush roll) and a removable cover for covering a top of the agitators and allowing access to the agitators from a top of the surface cleaning head. The dual agitators may be used to facilitate capturing of debris in the air flow into a suction conduit on the underside of the surface cleaning head. The brush roll may be located in a brush roll chamber and at least partially in an opening to the suction conduit. The leading roller may be positioned adjacent to and in advance of the suction conduit opening such that the leading roller engages debris and moves the debris toward the brush roll and the opening. The leading roller may be removable from the housing and held in place by the removable cover. The cover may be coupled using isolated latching mechanisms.

  • Patent number: 12053141
Abstract: A wand includes a hinge configured to pivotally connect first and second wand segments in an extended configuration and a storage configuration. A first locking mechanism locks the wand in extended configuration. A second locking mechanism includes a rod, a sliding lever, a plunger, and a plunger cavity. The plunger is configured to be received in the plunger cavity to lock the wand in the storage configuration. When in the extended configuration, depressing a single actuator pivots the locking arm, causes the hook/pawl to be removed from the locking cavity, and unlocks the wand. When in the storage configuration, depressing the single actuator causes the rod to move in a first direction, causes the sliding rod to move a second direction, and urges the plunger out of the plunger cavity.
