  • Patent number: 12040014
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices supporting configurable resistivities for lines in a memory device, such as access lines in a memory array are described. For example, metal lines at different levels of a memory device may be oxidized to different extents in order for the lines at different levels of the memory device to have different resistivities. This may allow the resistivity of lines to be tuned on a level-by-level basis without altering the fabrication techniques and related parameters used to initially form the lines at the different levels, which may have benefits related to at least reduced cost and complexity. Lines may be oxidized to a controlled extent using either a dry or wet process.

  • Patent number: 12038101
Abstract: A water valve that does not include a stem or handwheel that can calcify and become hard to operate. The valve includes a stopper within a body running perpendicular to the flow of water that can be pushed inward to stop the flow of water or pulled outward to allow the flow of water. The stopper is connected to a handle that a user can push or pull depending on the action to be taken. The use of the stopper and handle in a push/pull arrangement provides an easy manner of operation as it does not require any turning of a handwheel or the like.

  • Publication number: 20240210441
Abstract: A method of operating a controller includes: obtaining calibration data for a mounting orientation of the controller operating in a calibration mode based on obtaining first acceleration samples from an acceleration sensor; obtaining second acceleration samples from the acceleration sensor when a control switch is activated with the controller operating in a normal operating mode; performing a comparison of the second acceleration samples to the calibration data; based on the comparison, determining whether more than one of the second acceleration samples is not within a specified range; and in response to determining that more than one of the second acceleration samples is not within the specified range, causing the controller to operate in an anti-tamper mode.

  • Patent number: 12012344
Abstract: A biogas treatment process is integrated with a water treatment process to adjust the pH level of the water and to provide more effective disinfection of the water. A water wash process is utilized to separate methane and carbon dioxide present in the biogas. During the water wash process, the biogas is mixed with water and the carbon dioxide is absorbed into the water. Because the process typically occurs at an elevated pressure and reduced temperature to enhance the solubility of carbon dioxide in water, the water stream becomes supersaturated with carbon dioxide. This water stream, which is supersaturated with carbon dioxide, is provided to the water treatment process to adjust the pH level of the water treatment process. The pH level is regulated to a desired level such that an increased relative concentration of hypochlorous acid is produced when sodium hypochlorite is added to the treatment process.

  • Patent number: 11999166
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for enhanced flushing of printing systems. One embodiment is a printing system that includes an ink flushing controller. The ink flushing controller is able to identify an overlap region wherein nozzles at adjacent printheads of a marking engine overlap along a widthwise direction, to detect primary nozzles that print image data within the overlap region, and to detect overlap nozzles that do not have firing instructions to eject ink within the overlap region. The ink flushing controller is further able to analyze nozzle firing data for each overlap nozzle to determine inactive firing spans for each overlap nozzle, and in response to determining that an inactive firing span for an overlap nozzle exceeds a threshold, to generate a firing instruction directing the overlap nozzle to eject ink.
