  • Publication number: 20210224415
Abstract: A mechanism is provided to implement a personally identifiable information (PII) detection mechanism that facilitates privacy protection utilizing template embedding learned from text sequences. Input text is processed using natural language processing to identify one or more pieces of personally identifiable information. A character analysis is performed of each character of each piece of personally identifiable information of the one or more pieces of personally identifiable information to identify a character type of character in the piece of personally identifiable information. For each piece of personally identifiable information and based on the associated identified character type, the identified character type is mapped to an associated template character in a set of template characters in a template character data structure.

  • Publication number: 20210195015
Abstract: A deployment server system may dynamically generate a user interface for a mobile application. The mobile application may comprise a set of interface pages and a set of workflow steps, and each workflow step may define a transition from a first interface page to a second interface page. The deployment server system obtains, from a mobile device, a workflow step request. The workflow step may include a transition from the interface page and transition data determined based on the interface page. The deployment server system determines a second interface page based on the interface page and transition data indicated in the workflow step request, generates a unit test for the second interface page. The deployment system validates the workflow step request by testing the second interface page using the generated unit test, and based on successfully validating the workflow step request, the deployment server may transmit the second interface page.

  • Patent number: 11037057
Abstract: Described is a cognitive signal processor that is implemented in a field programmable gate array (FPGA). During operation, the FGPA receives a continuous noisy signal. The continuous noisy signal is a time-series of data points from a mixture signal of waveforms having both noise and a desired waveform signal. The continuous noisy signal is linearly mapped to reservoir states of a dynamical reservoir. A high-dimensional state-space representation of the continuous noisy signal is generated by digitally combining the continuous noisy signal with the reservoir states. Notably, the continuous noisy signal is approximated over a time interval based on a linear basis function. One or more delay-embedded state signals are then generated based on the reservoir states. The continuous noisy signal is then denoised by removing the noise from the desired waveform signal, resulting in a denoised waveform signal.

  • Publication number: 20210175124
Abstract: Integrated circuit cell architectures including both front-side and back-side structures. One or more of back-side implant, semiconductor deposition, dielectric deposition, metallization, film patterning, and wafer-level layer transfer is integrated with front-side processing. Such double-side processing may entail revealing a back side of structures fabricated from the front-side of a substrate. Host-donor substrate assemblies may be built-up to support and protect front-side structures during back-side processing. Front-side devices, such as FETs, may be modified and/or interconnected during back-side processing. Electrical test may be performed from front and back sides of a workpiece. • Patent number: 10969574
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention include a piezo-electric mirror in an microelectronic package and methods of forming the package. According to an embodiment the microelectronic package may include an organic substrate with a cavity formed in the organic substrate. In some embodiments, an actuator is anchored to the organic substrate and extends over the cavity. For example, the actuator may include a first electrode and a piezo-electric layer formed on the first electrode. A second electrode may be formed on the piezo-electric layer. Additionally, a mirror may be formed on the actuator. Embodiments allow for the piezo-electric layer to be formed on an organic package substrate by using low temperature crystallization processes. For example, the piezo-electric layer may be deposited in an amorphous state. Thereafter, a laser annealing process that includes a pulsed laser may be used to crystallize the piezo-electric layer.

  • Publication number: 20210090695
Abstract: Hospital readmissions may be prevented. Readmission is prevented by predicting the probability of a given patient to be readmitted. The probability alone may prevent readmission by educating the patient or medical professional. The probability may be predicted during a patient stay and used to generate a workflow action item to reduce the probability, to warn, to output appropriate instructions, and/or assist in avoiding readmission. The probability may be specific to a hospital, physician group, or other entity, allowing prevention to focus on past readmission causes for the given entity.

  • Patent number: 10958672
Abstract: An automated method for processing security events in association with a cybersecurity knowledge graph. The method begins upon receipt of information from a security system representing an offense. An initial offense context graph is built based in part on context data about the offense. The graph also activity nodes connected to a root node; at least one activity node includes an observable. The root node and its one or more activity nodes represent a context for the offense. The knowledge graph, and potentially other data sources, are then explored to further refine the initial graph to generate a refined graph that is then provided to an analyst for further review and analysis. Knowledge graph exploration involves locating the observables and their connections in the knowledge graph, determining that they are associated with known malicious entities, and then building subgraphs that are then merged into the initial graph.
