  • Patent number: 12316319
Abstract: An apparatus and configuring scheme where a capacitive input circuit can be programmed to perform different logic functions by adjusting the switching threshold of the capacitive input circuit. Digital inputs are received by respective capacitors on first terminals of those capacitors. The second terminals of the capacitors are connected to a summing node. A pull-up and pull-down device are coupled to the summing node. The pull-up and pull-down devices are controlled separately. During a reset phase, the pull-up and/or pull-down devices are turned on or off in a sequence, and inputs to the capacitors are set to condition the voltage on node n1. As such, a threshold for the capacitive input circuit is set. After the reset phase, an evaluation phase follows. In the evaluation phase, the output of the capacitive input circuit is determined based on the inputs and the logic function configured during the reset phase.

  • Patent number: 12310769
Abstract: The invention provides a method and system for performing angiography and angioplasty within lumen of a blood vessel. To perform angiography, a soft angiography balloon is glided over an angiography guide wire up to a target site through the support of a guide catheter. Subsequently, the soft angiography balloon is inflated at very low pressure 1-2 atmospheres atraumatically, using one or more inflation mechanisms to record one or more angiographic pictures of an internal shape of the lumen. Next, an angioplasty with or without metallic stent or BVS is performed at the target site, and luminal gain is confirmed by repeating soft balloon angiography by re-inflating the soft angiography balloon in a way similar to IVUS or but superior to OCT for metallic stent. Further, a nephrotoxic contrast agent is fully withdrawn from the balloon and it does not pass through the kidneys, thus preventing renal side effects.

  • Publication number: 20250169078
Abstract: The memory bit-cell formed using the ferroelectric capacitor results in a taller and narrower bit-cell compared to traditional memory bit-cells. As such, more bit-cells can be packed in a die resulting in a higher density memory that can operate at lower voltages than traditional memories while providing the much sought after non-volatility behavior. The pillar capacitor includes a plug that assists in fabricating a narrow pillar.

  • Publication number: 20250164895
Abstract: A substrate is mounted on a chuck in a chamber of an EUV tool. An illumination aperture in the chamber provides a beam of light to illuminate the substrate on the chuck. The beam of light includes extreme ultraviolet (EUV) in-band (IB) light and out-of-band (OOB) light. The OOB light has longer wavelengths than the EUV IB light. A beam-narrowing aperture in the chamber, which is switchable into and out of a path for the beam of light, selectively narrows the beam of light to illuminate the substrate. A band-selection filter filters out the OOB light or the EUV IB light. Imaging optics in the chamber relay light from the substrate to an imaging plane. A grating spectrally disperses the light from the substrate. A sensor detects the light from the substrate as relayed by the imaging optics and spectrally dispersed by the grating.
