    Abstract: Prioritizing a work request pertaining to a physical asset can include generating a data structure that encodes the work request as a multidimensional representation indicating at least one classification, each at least one classification including at least one sub-category. In response to identifying multiple work requests encoded as multidimensional representations with respect to the physical asset, each multidimensional representation can be reduced to a one-dimensional (1-D) representation that preserves a variance factor of each sub-category of each multidimensional representation. Each 1-D structure can be input to a machine learning model trained to prioritize each of the work requests. The work requests can be prioritized in accordance with the machine learning model based on the 1-D structures. The priorities of each of the work requests can be output.

    Abstract: A data storage management system comprises features for initiating failover orchestration jobs that invoke recovery resources on demand in a cloud computing environment. Backed up data that is stored persistently in the cloud computing environment may be rapidly restored within the cloud computing environment for use in disaster recovery and/or in test and verification scenarios. This approach may be contrasted to systems where a failover system is “always on” at the failover destination, such as having failover resources always up and running in the cloud computing environment. Such resources typically include a failover virtual machine (VM), a virtual machine datastore for the restored data, and one or more computing resources for restoring an auxiliary copy to the VM's datastore.     Abstract: Tasks are selected for hibernation by recording user preferences for tasks having no penalty for hibernation and sleep; and assigning thresholds for battery power at which tasks are selected for a least one of hibernation and sleep. The assigning of the thresholds for battery power include considering current usage of hardware resources by a user and battery health per battery segment. A penalty score is determined for tasks based upon the user preferences for tasks having no penalty, and task performance including at least one of frequency of utilization, memory utilization, task dependency characteristics and task memory hierarchy. The penalty performance is a value including both the user preference and the task performance. Tasks can then be put into at least one of hibernation mode and sleep mode dictated by their penalty performance during the thresholds for battery power.

The first call makes use of a first API technology specified by a first contract and is originated by the source microservice. An API technology is selected from multiple API technologies. The selected API technology is determined to be different than the first API technology. Based on the first contract, a second contract is dynamically generated that specifies an intermediate API that makes use of the selected API technology. A second sidecar of the destination microservice is caused to generate the intermediate API and connect the intermediate API to the first API.

The column circuit includes a first voltage supply circuit to decouple the cross-coupled inverter circuits from a first voltage rail to cut off charging current in response to a column set signal in a column set operation. The cross-coupled inverters of the bit cell circuits in the column circuit are coupled to a first voltage supply line. The column set input controls the first voltage supply circuit to decouple the first voltage supply line from a first voltage rail.
