  • Patent number: 12210913
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for the chained execution of a set of code in an on-demand network code execution system. A user may provide a set of code for execution in the on-demand network code execution system and the system may determine that the set of code comprises multiple chained tasks. The system may provide the set of code to a first virtual machine instance for execution of a first task. The system may obtain an indication that the first task has been executed. The results of the execution of the first task may be sent to a second virtual machine instance, via a push or pull, for execution of a second task. Based on identifying that the first task has been executed, the system may instruct the second virtual machine instance to execute the second task.

  • Patent number: 12197443
Abstract: Disclosed is an improved approach to implement cursor sharing in database systems, where a server-side mapping of cursor identifiers to SQL is maintained to allow for continued use of client-side statement caches even after connections and database sessions are returned to shared pools and then subsequently re-assigned. This avoids the need to clear the statement cache across session releases to the database session pools. Instead, applications can retain their statement cache while still leveraging the benefits of server based pooling solutions.

  • Patent number: 12197306
Abstract: A technique of processing storage cluster performance metrics involves obtaining access to performance metrics from storage appliances of a storage cluster, the performance metrics identifying performance for storage objects managed by the storage appliances. The technique further involves, after access to the performance metrics is obtained, disregarding a duplicate set of performance metrics for a storage object that migrates from a first storage appliance of the storage cluster to a second storage appliance of the storage cluster. The technique further involves, after the duplicate set of performance metrics is disregarded, archiving the performance metrics to an archive. After archiving the performance metrics to the archive, the technique may provide a performance analysis based on the performance metrics from the archive as well as adjust operation of the storage cluster according to the performance analysis.

  • Publication number: 20250007516
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for implementing a combo scheme for direct current (DC) level shifting of signals are disclosed. A receiver circuit receives an input signal on a first interface. The first interface is coupled to a resistor in parallel with a capacitor which passes the input signal to a second interface. Also, the first interface is coupled to a first pair of current sources between ground and a voltage source, and the second interface is coupled to a second pair of current sources between ground and the voltage source. An op-amp drives the current sources based on a difference between a sensed common mode voltage and a reference voltage. Based on this circuit configuration, the receiver circuit is able to prevent baseline wander, perform a DC level shift of the input signal, and achieve linear equalization of the input signal.
