  • Publication number: 20210041496
Abstract: Circuits and methods for testing voltage monitor circuits are provided. In an embodiment, an integrated circuit (IC) includes power management unit (PMU), a set-reset (S-R) latch circuit, a multiplexer, and an AND gate circuit. A voltage monitor circuit of the PMU generates an output signal based on a difference between a received reference voltage and a received sense voltage from a functional supply. A power on reset (PoR) generator of the PMU generates a PoR signal based on a power up condition of the PMU. The S-R latch circuit generates an enable signal based on the output signal of the comparator circuit and the PoR signal. The multiplexer passes-through the output signal of the comparator circuit during a functional condition of the PMU. The AND gate circuit generates an enable signal based on an output of the multiplexer and an output of the S-R latch circuit.

  • Publication number: 20210042398
Abstract: A method, and a computer with instructions for performance of the method. An applet runs on a user device of the internet. Using a reliable interface on the user device, the applet has captured validation data describing the user device and software execution on the user device. The captured validation data are stored. The validation data includes at least a unique device ID for the user device, and a session ID for a program running on the user device. When a service provider server receives a service request from the user device, data for the request are received at the validation server. Data from the request are compared against the stored validation data. The compared data include at least a device ID and session identifier. The validation server reports validation or refusal of validation depending on whether the comparing determines a match or mismatch between the request data and the stored validation data.

  • Publication number: 20210034600
Abstract: Techniques for using commit coalescing when performing micro-journal-based transaction logging are provided. In one embodiment a computer system can maintain, in a volatile memory, a globally ascending identifier, a first list of free micro-journals, and a second list of in-flight micro-journals. The computer system can further receive a transaction comprising a plurality of modifications to data or metadata stored in the byte-addressable persistent memory, select a micro-journal from the first list, obtain a lock on the globally ascending identifier, write a current value of the globally ascending identifier as a journal commit identifier into a header of the micro-journal, and write journal entries into the micro-journal corresponding to the plurality of modifications included in the transaction. The computer system can then commit the micro-journal to the byte-addressable persistent memory, increment the current value of the globally ascending identifier, and release the lock.

  • Publication number: 20210034907
Abstract: Segmentation first breaks the images into segments or regions, with the segments of the region having text or symbols. The segmented image is separately applied to two different CNN-based models. Each model produces text boxes where potential text might exist. Abstract: Embodiments are directed to monitoring network traffic using NMCs that may be arranged to provide scores based on threat assessments associated with anomaly classes such that the anomaly classes may be associated with types of anomalous activity. NMCs may employ the anomaly classes, the scores, characteristics of the anomaly classes, or the like, to determine triage models. The NMCs may modify the scores based on the triage models or archival information associated with the anomaly classes. The NMCs may associate the modified scores with the anomaly classes. In response to detecting anomalous activity, the NMCs may provide other scores based on the anomalous activity and provide a report that includes the other scores to a user.
