Abstract: Methods, apparatus and data structures are provided for managing multicast IP flows. According to one embodiment, active multicast IP sessions are identified by a network device. A data structure is maintained by the network device and contains therein information regarding the multicast sessions, including a first value for each of the multicast sessions, at least one chain of one or more blocks of second values and one or more transmit control blocks (TCBs). Each first value is indicative of a chain of one or more blocks of second values. Each second value corresponds to an outbound interface (OIF) participating in the multicast session and identifies a number of times packets associated with the multicast session are to be replicated. The TCBs have stored therein control information to process or route packets. Each second value is indicative of a TCB that identifies an OIF of the network device through which packets are to be transmitted.

Abstract: A discrete Fourier transform calculation apparatus includes a plurality of multiplier units, and a plurality of butterfly calculation units. Each butterfly calculation unit is configured to perform simultaneous calculations for at least two stages of a fast Fourier transform (FFT) algorithm by using shared resources of the butterfly calculation unit. Each butterfly calculation unit includes a respective memory device to store input data for the corresponding at least two stages of the FFT algorithm, and a respective butterfly calculator coupled to the respective memory device. Each butterfly calculation unit also includes a respective controller coupled to the respective memory device and the respective butterfly calculator. The respective controller is configured to control the corresponding butterfly calculation unit to calculate the corresponding at least two stages of the FFT algorithm. The plurality of butterfly calculation units and the plurality of multiplier units are coupled in series.

Abstract: Arrangements described herein relate to collaborative environments and, more particularly, to use of a microblog to enhance communication in an organization. The present arrangements can include receiving from a first user a first microblog entry into a microblog, identifying at least one keyword associated with the first microblog entry, and assigning to the at least one keyword a tag creating an association between the at least one keyword and at least one data repository. The arrangements further can include establishing bidirectional integration between the microblog and the at least one data repository of information related to the tag creating the association between the at least one keyword and the at least one data repository.

Abstract: A heated indenter is provided for indenting a personalized document to create a security impression thereon. The personalized document includes but is not limited to, identification cards, driver's licenses, credit and debit cards, and the like. The security impression can provide a visible or tactile security feature that can be recognized by one with little or no training The security impression causes a laminate layer of the document to tear or disfigure when attempting to remove the laminate layer from a substrate of the document.

Abstract: A system for management of operations of one or more vessels is disclosed, comprising a land-based server coupled to one or more business databases, wherein the business databases comprises business data including financial data and inventory data, a vessel-based server coupled to one or more sensor modules configured to collect voyage related data; and a contextual engine coupled to the land-based server and the vessel-based server via a network. The contextual engine is configured to synchronize the voyage data and the business data, and produces a context specific management framework using the synchronized voyage data and the business data.

The system radix sort processing, with a head processor, data elements starting at the head end of the array and progressively advancing radix sort processing data elements toward the tail end of the array. The system radix sort processing, with a tail processor, data elements starting at the tail end of the array and progressively advancing radix sort processing data elements toward the head end of the array, the tail processor radix sort processing data elements in the array contemporaneously with the head processor radix sort processing data elements in the array.

Abstract: A method is provided for assembly of a micro-electronic component comprising the steps of: providing a conductive die bonding material comprising of a conductive thermosettable resin material or flux based solder and a dynamic release layer adjacent to the conductive thermoplastic material die bonding material layer; and impinging a laser beam on the dynamic release layer adjacent to the die bonding material layer; in such a way that the dynamic release layer is activated to direct conductive die bonding material matter towards the pad structure to be treated to cover a selected part of the pad structure with a transferred conductive die bonding material; and wherein the laser beam is restricted in timing and energy, in such a way that the die bonding material matter remains thermosetting. Accordingly adhesive matter can be transferred while preventing that the adhesive is rendered ineffective by thermal overexposure in the transferring process.

Abstract: Methods and systems may provide for conducting an authentication of an external card associated with a borrower of a device, and tracking a usage of the device by the borrower if the authentication of the external card is successful. In addition, the usage may be reported to a billing service. The usage may be billed according to a fee based policy so that payment for the usage may be obtained from the borrower of the device rather than the owner of the device.

Abstract: The present invention provides methods, devices, compositions (e.g., capture complexes), and kits useful for enhancing the detection of antibodies in a test sample. The methods, devices, and compositions utilize detectable Fc-binding molecules such as Protein A, Protein G, and/or an Fc-specific antibody to amplify the signal of a detected antibody in immunoassays, such as lateral flow assays.

Abstract: A vehicle door and handle assembly includes inner and outer panels defining an inner door cavity therebetween. A belt reinforcement is disposed within the inner door cavity and includes a generally upright body portion having an upper edge. A belt molding is partially disposed on the upper edge of the belt reinforcement. A casting bracket includes downwardly extending reinforcement members and a handle portion interconnecting opposite ends. Each reinforcement member includes upper and lower mounting features, wherein the upper mounting features are supported on the upper edge of the belt reinforcement and the lower mounting features are mounted on the body portion of the belt reinforcement. Abstract: The invention provides peptide compositions and mixtures useful for the detection of antibodies that bind to Ehrlichia antigens. The peptide compositions and mixtures comprise polypeptide sequences based on an immunogenic fragment of the Ehrlichia Outer Membrane Protein 1 (OMP-1) protein. The invention also provides devices, methods, and kits comprising such peptide compositions and mixtures useful for the detection of antibodies that bind to Ehrlichia antigens and the diagnosis of monocytic and/or granulocytic ehrlichiosis.

Abstract: A real-time speech analytics system (“RSTA system”) detects speech during a call involving a contact center agent and a remote party. Upon detecting the speech, an event message is generated by the RTSA system and transmitted to a checkpoint and alert reporting module, which is configured to generate and update a checkpoint widget displayed to the agent. The checkpoint widget provides visual information regarding the status of the checkpoints encountered during the call. Checkpoint widgets may be stored for each call handled by an agent, and subsequently may be requested for display to a supervisor for reviewing of the agent's performance. Upon providing appropriate filter information, the selected widgets associated with the agent are displayed. By selecting a particular checkpoint indicator on a widget, audio from the call associated with that checkpoint is retrieved and streamed to the supervisor, thus allowing auditory review of that portion of the call.

Abstract: The invention provides a computer system for interacting with a user. A set of concepts initially forms a target set of concepts. An input module receives a language input from the user. An analysis system executes a plurality of narrowing cycles until a concept packet having at least one concept has been identified. Each narrowing cycle includes identifying at least one portion of the language and determining a subset of concepts from the target set of concepts to form a new target subset. An action item identifier identifies an action item from the action items based on the concept packet. An action executer that executes an action based on the action item that has been identified.

Abstract: A real-time speech analytics system (“RSTA system”) detects a speech condition during a call involving a contact center agent and a remote party. Upon detecting the speech condition, an alert message is provided to an alert reporting module (“ARM”), which is configured to access various data to form a RTSA alert. In one embodiment, the RTSA alert is a transient alert indication overlaid on an agent icon on a grid where the agent icon represents the agent and is displayed to a contact center supervisor. Information on the type and severity of the alert may be conveyed by text and non-text images, such as icons, colors, or symbols. A number representing a cumulative number of alert messages received for each agent may be indicated in an alert bubble overlaid on the agent icon. A viewer is able to request detailed alert data upon selecting the alert bubble.

In one example, one or more SD print applications are determined based on prior usage of SD print applications in a printer application store by a user of a web connected computing device. In particular, the invention provides methods and kits useful for identifying species of Ehrlichia using populations of isolated peptides.

Abstract: A method is provided in one example and includes receiving at least one first input indicating at least one network condition associated with a first user device having a user associated therewith. The first user device has a first bearer channel established between the first user device and a gateway, and the first bearer channel has a first quality of service level. The method further includes determining whether to modify the first user device to a second quality of service level based upon the received at least one first input, and sending a first request to a first network element instructing the first network element to modify the first user device to the second quality of service level.
