  • Patent number: 11784983
Abstract: Systems and methods provide for a solution for encryption by dynamically opening multiple channels between the client and the server, where the channels include both secured (e.g., SSL/TLS and etc.) channels and non-secured channels. Non-sensitive information can be over non-secured channels, and sensitive information can be sent via the secured channels. The system can recognize whether the information is sensitive or not via the use of tags on a page or frame that delineate which information is sensitive. For instance, on a form, tags can mark off the areas of the form that may contain sensitive information, such as social security numbers, names, addresses, financial information, and other private information. All the data within the tags can be considered sensitive and so be communicated to the server via a secure channel while other data can be transmitted through unsecured channels.

  • Patent number: 11782882
Abstract: Methods, non-transitory computer readable media, and storage management devices that ingest artifacts from applications. The artifacts are stored on storage tiers using storage providers each configured to interface with one of the storage tiers. Metadata for each of the artifacts is generated and stored in a metadata store. The metadata includes a unique identifier for each of the artifacts associated with a storage location for each of the artifacts on the storage tiers. Configurable expressions of a storage policy are periodically and automatically applied to the metadata to determine when one or more of the artifacts should be migrated. The one or more of the artifacts are migrated from a first storage tier to a second storage tier using first and second storage providers configured to interface with the first and second storage tiers, respectively, when the determination indicates that the one or more of the artifacts should be migrated.

  • Patent number: 11782828
Abstract: Techniques for efficiently purging non-active blocks in an NVM region of an NVM device using virtblocks are provided. In one set of embodiments, a host system can maintain, in the NVM device, a pointer entry (i.e., virtblock entry) for each allocated data block of the NVM region, where page table entries of the NVM region that refer to the allocated data block include pointers to the pointer entry, and where the pointer entry includes a pointer to the allocated data block. The host system can further determine that a subset of the allocated data blocks of the NVM region are non-active blocks and can purge the non-active blocks from the NVM device to a mass storage device, where the purging comprises updating the pointer entry for each non-active block to point to a storage location of the non-active block on the mass storage device.

  • Publication number: 20230319906
Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and computer program products are described that support access to multiple mutually exclusive, isolated, and/or disjointed network slices by User Equipment, UE, across one or more networks. The UE connects (1102) to multiple network slices via a Radio Access Network, RAN, by way of one or more Radio Resource Control, RRC, connections. The RRC connections are maintained (1104) between the UE and a respective network slice by switching the connection to inactive or idle when another RRC connection needs to be established. The UE and/or the RAN switches (1106) an RRC connection from an inactive state to an active state based on a trigger condition such as receipt of a notification that downlink data is available over the inactive RRC connection. A Unified Data Management Function, UDM, stores and updates registration state information for the UE and multiple Access and Mobility Management Functions, AMFs.

  • Publication number: 20230315593
Abstract: Techniques for implementing RDMA-based recovery of dirty data in remote memory are provided. In one set of embodiments, upon occurrence of a failure at a first (i.e., source) host system, a second (i.e., failover) host system can allocate a new memory region corresponding to a memory region of the source host system and retrieve a baseline copy of the memory region from a storage backend shared by the source and failover host systems. The failover host system can further populate the new memory region with the baseline copy and retrieve one or more dirty page lists for the memory region from the source host system via RDMA, where the one or more dirty page lists identify memory pages in the memory region that include data updates not present in the baseline copy. For each memory page identified in the one or more dirty page lists, the failover host system can then copy the content of that memory page from the memory region of the source host system to the new memory region via RDMA.

  • Publication number: 20230315746
Abstract: Aspects described herein may relate to methods, systems, and apparatuses that partitions searchable content and distributes the segments across a plurality of processing nodes, which in turn further sub-partitions the partitions for processing by local search actor in order to increase the speed with which a search request from a user is processed. Processing nodes available to receive partitioned searchable content are registered with an external storage device. The external storage device also maintains a global results collector that compiles results from the partitions of searchable content. Respective local collector actors receive compiled results from local search actors for a processing node and the compiled results are sent to the global results collector for compiling for the plurality of processing nodes. Results of the user search request are then provided to the user.

  • Publication number: 20230316098
Abstract: Various embodiments provide automatic extraction of interpretable and entity-specific data from unstructured/semi-structured data. In some embodiments, a method to extract label-value pairs from an input data record is provided. The method includes identifying label data tokens and value data tokens within the input data record and generating a spatial coordinate set for each thereof within a spatial coordinate scheme associated with the input data record. For example, the spatial coordinate sets may be generated with respect to a rendered format of the input data record. The method further includes, for each label data token, generating coordinate vectors positioned in relation to the value data tokens and selecting a value data token for pairing with the label data token based at least in part on the coordinate vectors and using a vector classification machine learning model that is generated based at least in part on automatic annotation of historical data records.

  • Publication number: 20230314557
Abstract: A frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar antenna that may provide isolation between the transmit (Tx) antenna and the receive (Rx) antenna based on the arrangement of the transmit elements and the receive elements. The transmit antenna elements for the antenna of this disclosure may be orthogonally fed, e.g., different by 90 degrees, compared to the receive antenna elements. For example, for horizontally polarized receive antenna elements, the transmit elements may be vertically polarized, or vice versa. The cross-polarized antenna elements may cause attenuation of surface waves between the Tx and Rx antennae. A low insertion loss 90-degree polarizer layer over one of the transmitter antenna, or the receiver antenna, to convert either the transmitted signals or the received reflections by 90-degrees so the reflected signal matches the polarization of the receiver antenna.

  • Publication number: 20230313022
Abstract: Unconventional hydrocarbon source rock reservoirs can contain the organic material kerogen, intertwined with the rock matrix. The kerogen can alter the tensile strength of the rock and contribute to higher fracture energy needs. To degrade kerogen and other organic materials, oxidizing gasses are dissolved in carbon dioxide (CO2) which is then used as part of a fracturing fluid. The oxidizing gasses can be dissolved directly in the CO2 or generated in situ using precursors.
