Abstract: In a method of managing emergency management information within an observation platform an emergency management and response application is provisioned at an observation platform. The provisioning is administered by a cloud services platform and includes configuration and deployment of the emergency management and response application within the observation platform. In response to receipt at the observation platform of a report of an emergency, operation of the emergency management and response application is triggered within the observation platform. Emergency management information is sent, via the emergency management and response application, to a group of users of the observation platform. The emergency management information includes at least one of an alert related to the emergency and instructions related to the emergency.

  • Publication number: 20240036630
Abstract: Systems and method for power control for a decoder are disclosed. In one aspect, a decoder for a communication bus is put into a sleep or low power mode when the bus is idle such as when blanking information is sent over a camera serial interface (CSI) bus. By alerting the decoder that there is an opportunity for low power operation, power consumption may be reduced and, particularly for battery operated mobile devices, a time to recharge metric may be improved, which improves the user experience.

  • Publication number: 20240031781
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to systems and techniques for improved signaling of subscriber information and updates thereto for one or more location-based user plane services. In one examples, the systems and techniques can include determining the existence of a converged User Plane Function (UPF) comprising a Serving Gateway User Plane (SGW-U) session and a Packet Data Network (PDN) Gateway User Plane (PGW-U) session. In response to determining the existence of the converged UPF, User Equipment (UE) information can be transmitted from a Serving Gateway Control Plane (SGW-C) session to the SGW-U session of the converged UPF. The UE information received at the SGW-U session can be shared to the PGW-U session of the converged UPF, wherein the PGW-U session receives the UE information without communicating with a PDN Gateway Control Plane (PGW-C) session.

  • Patent number: 11868442
Abstract: A board damage classification system includes a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) sub-engine and a Graph Convolutional Network (GCN) sub-engine that were trained based on digital images of structures that have experienced natural disasters. The CNN sub-engine receives a board digital image of a board, analyzes the board digital image to identify board features, and determines a board feature damage classification for the board features. The CGN sub-engine receives a board feature graph that was generated using the board digital image and that includes nodes that correspond to the board features in the board digital image, and defines relationships between the nodes included in the board feature graph. The board feature damage classification determined by the CNN sub-engine and the relationships defined by the GCN sub-engine are then used to generate a board damage classification that includes a damage probability for board features in the board digital image.

  • Publication number: 20230409350
Abstract: Plugins that are independently written are executed in a collaborative manner to analysis a log. A plugin executing with respect to a particular node of a hierarchical data structure determines values for a set of keys based on information of the particular node and/or any ancestor nodes, and information stored in a shared repository. The plugin stores the values for the keys as additional information of the particular hierarchical node and/or into the shared repository. The plugin does not access information of non-ancestor nodes when executing with respect to the particular hierarchical node. Each plugin writes into and retrieves from the shared repository using the shared naming convention, thereby sharing information. The sequence of execution of the plugins is not dependent on dependencies amongst the plugins. If a dependent plugin requiring an output from a requisite plugin is first executed, the dependent plugin is flagged as pending and subsequently re-executed.
