  • Patent number: 11843512
Abstract: Presented herein are efficient techniques in which an application function (AF) session is established between a first policy control function (PCF) in a standalone non-public network (SNPN) domain and a second PCF in a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) domain, wherein a user equipment has a first session with the SNPN domain, the AF session is established for a second session of the user equipment with the PLMN domain, and the AF session is bound to the first session. The second PCF obtains an indication of a data flow initiated for the user equipment for the second session within the PLMN domain and determines flow information associated with the data flow. The second PCF transmits to the first PCF the flow information associated with the data flow for creating the data flow in the SNPN domain.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for indicating, at a local UE, a network condition at a remote UE. The local UE may be a first UE that receives, from a second UE (e.g., remote UE), a first indication of a decreased network condition at the second UE. The first indication may be associated with at least one of a TMMBr, a TMMBn, a decreased bit rate, or decreased downlink scheduling. The first UE may display, at the first UE, a second indication of the decreased network condition at the second UE based on the first indication received from the second UE.

  • Patent number: 11829779
Abstract: A computer program product, system, and computer implemented method for scalable specification and self-governance for autonomous databases, cluster databases, and multi-tenant databases in cloud and on-prem environments. The approach disclosed herein enables management of a consolidated databases using a template-based process that allows for the consolidated databases (CDBs) and pluggable databases (PBDs) to be reconfigured automatically. In some embodiments, the approach instantiates one or more monitoring modules and one or more CDB/PDB configuration managers. These elements can detect relevant changes in the conditions in which CDB instances and open PDBs operate and adjust the configurations thereof in response.

  • Publication number: 20230375657
Abstract: In an example implementation according to aspects of the present disclosure, a wireless anchor node comprises a wireless communication interface and a processor communicatively coupled to the wireless communication interface. The processor receives a wireless signal from a source access node. The location of the source access node is verified. The processor determines a distance measurement between the wireless anchor node and the source access node based on the wireless signal and transfers the distance measurement between the wireless anchor node and the source access node to a target access node over an intermediate anchor node. In response, the processor receives a location error from the target access node over the intermediate anchor node. The location of the target access node is verified. The processor calibrates the distance measurement between the wireless anchor node and the source access node based on the location error.

  • Patent number: 11821884
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a gas sensor device that detects gases with large molecules (e.g., a gas with a molecular weight between 150 g/mol and 450 g/mol), such as siloxanes. The gas sensor device includes a thin film gas sensor and a bulk film gas sensor. The thin film gas sensor and the bulk film gas sensor each include a semiconductor metal oxide (SMO) film, a heater, and a temperature sensor. The SMO film of the thin film gas sensor is an thin film (e.g., between 90 nanometers and 110 nanometers thick), and the SMO film of the bulk film gas sensor is an thick film (e.g., between 5 micrometers and 20 micrometers thick). The gas sensor device detects gases with large molecules based on a variation between resistances of the SMO thin film and the SMO thick film.

  • Patent number: 11822939
Abstract: Plugins that are independently written are executed in a collaborative manner to analysis a log. A plugin executing with respect to a particular node of a hierarchical data structure determines values for a set of keys based on information of the particular node and/or any ancestor nodes, and information stored in a shared repository. The plugin stores the values for the keys as additional information of the particular hierarchical node and/or into the shared repository. The plugin does not access information of non-ancestor nodes when executing with respect to the particular hierarchical node. Each plugin writes into and retrieves from the shared repository using the shared naming convention, thereby sharing information. The sequence of execution of the plugins is not dependent on dependencies amongst the plugins. If a dependent plugin requiring an output from a requisite plugin is first executed, the dependent plugin is flagged as pending and subsequently re-executed.

  • Publication number: 20230354873
Abstract: The invention relates to an aqueous binder liquid that can advantageously be used in the layer-by-layer production of 3-D sugar-based food products. More particularly, the invention relates to an aqueous binder liquid containing: (a) 50-70 wt. % water; (b) 12-30 wt. % sugar alcohol; (c) 5-20 wt. % short chain polyol selected from glycerol, propane-1, 2-diol and combinations thereof; and (d) 3-10 wt. % ethanol; wherein components (a), (b), (c) and (d) together constitute at least 90 wt. % of the aqueous binder liquid. The aqueous binder liquid of the present invention is particularly suitable for use in methods of layer-by-layer production of 3-D sugar-based food products in which the binder liquid is applied by means of piezo inkjet print heads. These methods enable the production of highly creative and complex patterns, such as cocktail toppers, edible logos and decorative wedding cake toppers.

  • Patent number: 11808723
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a gas sensor device that includes a plurality of gas sensors. Each of the gas sensors includes a semiconductor metal oxide (SMO) film, a heater, and a temperature sensor. Each of the SMO films is designed to be sensitive to a different gas concentration range. As a result, the gas sensor device is able to obtain accurate readings for a wide range of gas concentration levels. In addition, the gas sensors are selectively activated and deactivated based on a current gas concentration detected by the gas sensor device. Thus, the gas sensor device is able to conserve power as gas sensors are on when appropriate instead of being continuously on.

  • Publication number: 20230325294
Abstract: Embodiments described herein include a log management system that detects and addresses excessive log patterns at runtime. In some embodiments, the log management system tracks cumulative attributes associated with patterns that repeat within a set monitoring files, such as a set of log or trace records. The cumulative attributes that are monitored may include the cumulative storage size and/or cumulative count of patterns detected in the monitoring files. The log management system may determine whether a triggering condition is satisfied for initiating a responsive action to reduce the amount of log data that is transmitted and/or stored. If the triggering condition is satisfied, then the log management system may remove one or more instances of the pattern from the monitoring files and/or perform other actions to reduce the overhead of logging operations.

  • Publication number: 20230328360
Abstract: An under-display camera is positioned underneath a display of a mobile device. The under-display camera captures an image using light passing through a portion of the display. The mobile device displays a display image on the display, the display image based on the image. The mobile device displays an indicator overlaid over the display image on an indicator area of the display that overlaps with the portion of the display. The indicator may identify the position of the camera. The mobile device can compensate for occlusion of the camera by continuing to display a previous display image if a more recently captured image includes an occlusion. The mobile device can give users alternate ways to select areas of the display image to avoid camera occlusion, for instance using hardware buttons and/or touchscreen interface elements.

  • Publication number: 20230315614
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described for testing and deploying targeted versions of application libraries within a software application. A computing device selects a software application comprising application libraries each associated with a current version identifier. The computing device identifies a target version of one or more application libraries, the target version associated with a different version identifier than the current identifier. The computing device defines a software application build for the software application incorporating the identified target versions of the application libraries, and deploys the application build to a test computing environment. The computing device executes tests of the software application build in the test environment, and captures test execution data for the target versions of the libraries in the software application build.
