Abstract: A dispensing package for a consumer care product is provided having a product chamber with an inner surface, a major axis and a minor axis. The dispensing package has a movable elevator platform having a coupling sleeve with a non-threaded section and a threaded section along an inner surface. The dispensing package also has a screw assembly with a spindle that supports threads; a seal extending around the circumference of the spindle; a threaded first portion coupled to the threaded section along the inner surface of the moveable elevator platform; and a non-threaded second portion. The seal frictionally engages with the non-threaded section of the coupling sleeve and the movable elevator platform advances along an axis from a first fill volume position to a second fill volume position.

Yaw measurement may be used to control the hull and quiet regions. A trim tab is supported by the hull at the stern of the hull. The trim tab comprises a primary subtab and a secondary subtab. One or more actuators may be optionally included to reposition the trim tab more into, or more out of, the water to create a surf left and/or surf right configuration. Abstract: Disclosed is a dishwasher having an interior with a tub, a dish rack slidably attached to the tub, the dish rack having a plurality of vertically-oriented side rails, and a height adjustment system including first and second height adjustment mechanisms provided alongside walls of the dish rack for vertically shifting the dish rack between lowered and raised positions relative to the tub. Each of first and second height adjustment mechanisms includes an adjuster arm fixed vertically relative to the tub, having at least one locking boss at the first end, and a locking clip on the adjuster arm having at least one locking tab adapted to couple with the locking boss to prevent the rack from shifting vertically relative to the adjuster arm. The locking clip has a pair of interference ribs engaging a pair of side rails to prevent rotational movement of the rack with respect to the dishwasher.

A microphone is disposed within the passenger compartment and converts the sound from the first loudspeaker and the noise within the passenger compartment into a microphone signal. The microphone signal is transmitted to the digital signal processor, and the digital signal processor modifies the audio signal such that the audio signal attenuates the noise in the passenger compartment.

Abstract: An ophthalmic surgical instrument comprises a multi-diameter shaft, a horn fixedly threaded into the shaft, a surgical tip for ophthalmic surgery including a tip end and threadably engaging the horn opposite the shaft, and a plug on the shaft. Weld material holds the plug on the shaft in a selected angular and longitudinal position with an angle-locating recess on the plug's circumference having a predetermined angular clocked relation to a face direction of the tip end. The plug's recess engages an irrigation tube on a subassembled handle with shell and irrigation tube, such that the subassembled handle has a known clocked position relative to the tip end of the tip, thus facilitating use by a surgeon. A related method is also disclosed and claimed.
