Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods for determining medical staffing requirements for administering OIT to patients. Specifically, the methods and systems disclosed herein can determine the time required by a medical staff at a given treatment location to devote to administering OIT to patients as well as the number of patients undergoing OIT over a selected time period. The methods and systems disclosed herein can further provide the time required by providers and clinical staff at a given treatment location to devote to administering OIT to patients.

Abstract: There is provided a connector, for introducing or extracting a material to or from at least one receptacle, comprising a housing extending between a distal end and a proximal end, the housing comprising, at least at one end, a pierceable seal; a hollow needle mounted, at least partially, within the housing between the distal end and the proximal end of the housing, a first end of the hollow needle being connected or connectable to a first corresponding receptacle, and a second end of the hollow needle facing the pierceable seal at an end of the housing; and an actuating mechanism acting on the housing or the hollow needle to enable the hollow needle to pierce the pierceable seal thereby forming a communication through the pierceable seal, such that material is able to transfer through the connector.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a method for preparing antigen binding proteins specific for PCSK9 with reduced viscosity. The method proceeds by replacing residues in high viscosity variable domain subfamilies with residues in correlating low viscosity subfamilies. The method further comprises substituting residues in the Fc domain with residues associated with low viscosity and adding charged residues to the C-terminus of the Fc domain. The present invention further concerns antigen binding proteins produced by this method.

Abstract: A reamer for drill string pullback of a horizontal directional drill includes a shaft portion defining a central axis and a first end configured for attachment with a drill string of the horizontal directional drill. A plurality of vanes extend radially from an outer periphery of the shaft, each of the plurality of vanes defining an outer peripheral tooth base surface. On each of the plurality of vanes, a plurality of cutter teeth are individually and removably secured along the outer peripheral tooth base surface thereof, each one of the plurality of cutter teeth including a body and a PDC insert manufactured separately from the body and joined therewith. Each cutter tooth of the plurality is coupled to the respective one of the plurality of vanes by a removable fastener extending at least partially through the cutter tooth and at least partially through the one of the plurality of vanes.

Abstract: A system and method includes operations and steps for inferring a demographic of a user based on a selection of an advertisement by the user. A media device stream is received from a media device by data processing hardware. The data processing hardware may identify frames of the media device stream for insertion of an overlay. The overlay can include first and second interactive portions corresponding to respective first and second advertisements. The user can select one of the first interactive portion and the second interactive portion corresponding to one of the first advertisement and the second advertisement. The selection can be received by the data processing hardware, and the demographic of the user can be inferred based on the selection.

Abstract: A coupler for a drill rod includes a body defining an inner bore extending along a longitudinal axis, at least a portion of the inner bore defining a non-circular profile having a plurality of flats including a first pair of adjacent flats defining a vertex therebetween. A cross aperture of the body has a central axis that is perpendicular to and offset from the longitudinal axis. A radially-innermost portion of the cross aperture extends perpendicular to a reference line extending from the longitudinal axis to the vertex.

Abstract: A pullback device for attaching to a rotary drill bit that has a pair of wrench flats on its base without disassembling or removing the rotary drill bit from a drill string. The pullback device includes an anchoring portion including a collar configured to engage with the wrench flats of the rotary drill bit. The pullback device includes a plurality of arms, each of the plurality of arms having a first end including an attachment location configured to attach product to the pullback device for pullback of the product by the drill string, and each of the arms including a second end opposite the first end, the second end attached to the collar.

Abstract: Systems and methods for developing, deploying, and/or providing location-based controls for remote visitation in controlled-environment facilities are disclosed. In some embodiments, a method may include identifying a request to establish a visitation session between a resident and a non-resident of a controlled-environment facility, wherein the visitation session includes at least one of: a voice or a video call, and wherein the non-resident operates a mobile device; receiving spatial information of the mobile device; and applying a rule to the visitation session based upon the spatial information.
