  • Publication number: 20250040998
Abstract: Systems, methods, and instruments for tracking localized movement of an anatomic structure at a surgical site are provided that can, for example, detect and identify movement of the anatomic structure not otherwise tracked by a global navigation system. One embodiment can include a cannula with a localized navigation sensor coupled to a distal end thereof. The cannula can be coupled to a robot arm and the localized navigation sensor can detect movement of an anatomic structure relative to the cannula. The localized navigation sensor can include one or more tines that selectively extend from the cannula to contact the anatomic structure. A controller can receive data from the localized navigation sensor and a global navigation system, and determine if movement detected by the localized navigation sensor is tracked by the global navigation system. Systems, methods, and instruments of the present disclosure can be used independently of a global navigation system.

  • Patent number: 12201486
Abstract: A portable surgical system including a transparent and flexible plastic enclosure (1) is disclosed. The enclosure is attached reversibly to the patient's body encompassing the surgical site such as to isolate and regulate the immediate environment of the surgical site, and to reduce bodily fluid splatters from the surgical site to the surgical providers. The enclosure is inflated with filtered air. Arm ports (8) are integrated into the enclosure to allow access to the inside of the enclosure by either provider arms or augmenting instrumentation taking the place of arms such as laparoscopes or robots. Material ports (10) maintain enclosure environmental integrity but allow the passing of anatomical specimens, instruments, and other materials into and out of the enclosure (1) during a procedure. The portable surgical system is lightweight and can be used in conventional operating rooms to improve sterility, or in other circumstances where no operating room is available, such as field hospitals.

  • Publication number: 20250007527
Abstract: A flux-pump digital-to-analog converter (DAC) includes a ring of Josephson transmission line (JTL) stages. The ring includes multiple injector Josephson junctions (JJs). Each of the multiple injector JJs can be individually activated to inject magnetic flux into the ring in a given AC clock cycle, or controllably deactivated so as not to inject flux during the given AC clock cycle. The flux-pump DAC further includes a load inductor coupled to ring JJs of the ring. The load inductor is configured to store the magnetic flux injected into the ring. Because the flux-pump DAC includes multiple injector JJs arranged around the JTL ring, it can ramp up current loaded into the load inductor faster than a single-injector flux-pump DAC, and with precise, variable controllability of ramp speed so as to provide enhanced adiabaticity.

  • Publication number: 20240302995
Abstract: Dynamic memory area configuration includes designating a portion of memory as a specialized memory unit, and reserving a first portion of specialized memory unit for a plurality of page frame table entries (PFTEs) representing a plurality of frames in the specialized memory. One or more of the PFTEs are stored in respective queue entries within a queue in a reserved area of the specialized memory unit. A particular queue entry indicates that a particular PFTE associated with a particular frame is available for use. An offline request to take a second portion of the specialized memory unit offline is received. Whether to fulfill the offline request is determined based on whether the second portion of the specialized memory unit has an associated queue entry within the queue indicating that the associated frame is not in use back a portion of a page frame table (PFT) or the specialized memory unit.

  • Patent number: 12079104
Abstract: Techniques are described herein that are capable of integrating an IDE with game engines. States of the game engines are identified. Each state indicates whether the IDE enables a game developer to interact with the respective game engine and/or game(s) created by the respective game engine. A subset of the game engines is caused to be displayed to the game developer based at least in part on the IDE enabling the game developer to interact with each game engine in the subset and/or game(s) created by the respective game engine. A selection indicator, which indicates that a game engine is selected from the game engines in the subset, is received. An integration infrastructure, including a game engine-agnostic messaging protocol and game engine-agnostic messages, is provided. At least a portion of game code and/or test unit(s) are run and/or debugged using the IDE in a context of the selected game engine.
