Abstract: A method for modeling and analyzing online communications is provided. The method may include detecting at least one online conversation. The method may also include extracting a plurality of conversation elements associated with the at least one online conversation. The method may further include generating at least one conversation graph based on the extracted plurality of conversation elements. Additionally, the method may include analyzing the at least one generated conversation graph. The method may also include extracting a plurality of data associated with the at least one analyzed conversation graph. The method may further include sending the extracted plurality of data and the at least one analyzed conversation graph to one or more processing systems to present to at least one user.

Abstract: In a computer system implemented method for generating an authorized response to a message in a network, the computer system detects a message sent by an originator via a network. The computer system selects a group of users to contribute to the authorized response to the message based on the computer system analyzing the message. Users selected by the computer system are notified that they are selected to contribute to the authorized response. The computer system receives input data for the authorized response from respective ones of the users of the group and generates the authorized response based on the input data. The computer system sends the authorized response to the originator via the network.

Abstract: An approach is described for sorting and displaying documents according to sentiment level in an online community. An associated system may include a processor and a memory storing an application program, which, when executed on the processor, performs an operation that may include selecting a review topic in an online community and identifying a plurality of documents contributed for the review topic. The plurality of documents may include at least one of a product review submission, a marketing survey submission, a social network activity stream post, a discussion forum post, a weblog post, and an audiovisual sample. The operation further may include obtaining sentiment data associated with each of the plurality of documents developing a sentiment model based on the obtained sentiment data. Additionally, the operation may include organizing and presenting the plurality of documents in an online community interface based on the sentiment model.

Abstract: Dynamic data loading of tabular data includes identifying a plurality of formulas within tabular data of a document, wherein the tabular data is arranged in cells. Using a processor, a hierarchy for the tabular data is determined according to cell dependencies defined in the formulas. Each of a plurality of different portions of the document is sent from a first computing system to a second computing system in an order determined from the hierarchy.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an approach in which a domain corpus subset generator correlates documents from a document corpus to domain discernible attributes associated with domain corpus subsets. The domain corpus subset generator analyzes correlation results from the correlation and stores the documents into domain corpus subsets accordingly. In turn, a question-answer system utilizes documents included in a specific domain corpus subset to provide relevant and accurate answers to an input question.

The message is then monitored in the network environment with respect to the time-to-live pattern using the set of presentation criteria of the time-to-live pattern. An action (e.g., pinning the message for a period of time) may then be performed to increase the priority of the message for the target group if the time-to-live pattern has underachieved within a threshold period of time (i.e., has not met the requirements of the presentation criteria within the threshold period of time).
