  • Publication number: 20210101628
Abstract: A magnetic traction assembly is disclosed for a railcar mover that provides additional downforce to improve traction for a railcar mover when required. The magnetic traction assembly may comprise a frame, an actuator, and a magnetic element positioned underneath a railcar mover. The magnetic element may be lowered to a deployed position, where the magnetic element is positioned near the railroad rails such that the magnetic field from the magnetic element interacts with the railroad rail creating an attraction force that provides additional downforce to the railcar mover.

  • Publication number: 20210104895
Abstract: A system for monitoring and optimizing fuel consumption by a genset at an oil rig is described. Gensets require large amounts of fuel to initiate and to maintain in a standby, idling position. The system accesses data in a drill plan to determine the present and future power requirements and initiates gensets if needed; otherwise gensets can be shut down. Excess power can be stored in a power storage unit such as a capacitor, battery, or a liquid air energy storage unit.

  • Publication number: 20210063899
Abstract: In some general aspects, a surface of a structure within a chamber of an extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light source is cleaned using a method. The method includes generating a plasma state of a material that is present at a location adjacent to a non-electrically conductive body that is within the chamber. The generation of the plasma state of the material includes electromagnetically inducing an electric current at the location adjacent the non-electrically conductive body to thereby transform the material that is adjacent the non-electrically conductive body from a first state into the plasma state. The plasma state of the material includes plasma particles, at least some of which are free radicals of the material. The method also includes enabling the plasma particles to pass over the structure surface to remove debris from the structure surface without removing the structure from the chamber of the EUV light source.

  • Patent number: 10897488
Abstract: Techniques of operating a server computer running an application for clients operating in multiple network namespaces involve multiplexing communications streams from clients hosted in different network namespaces into a single communication stream to present the requests to an application as if they originated from a single network namespace. Along these lines, a server computer commences operation by initiating a network namespace driver for each network namespaces and a multiplexing driver to multiplex network namespace communication streams received from the network namespace drivers. When the multiplexing driver receives an application access request from a network namespace driver within a network namespace communication stream, the multiplexing driver provides the request and a network namespace identifier identifying the network namespace driver to a stream head within a multiplexed communication stream that includes requests from other network namespace drivers.

  • Publication number: 20210006650
Abstract: Described herein are technologies related to generating a predicted routine of a user of a mobile computing device. Location entries generated by the mobile computing device are processed to generate visit entries, wherein the visit entries are representative of visits made by the user to places over several days. An input sequence of states is constructed based upon the visit entries, wherein each state has a place identifier assigned thereto, and further wherein each state corresponds to a time interval of predefined length. A predicted routine of the user is generated based upon the input sequence of states.
