Publication number: 20230380410Abstract: A scent vaporizing and distribution device uses an electric heating element to rapidly vaporize a liquid scent material. An airflow generator is used to create a distribution airflow that distributes the vapor from the device. The airflow generator can be an electric-powered fan or a manually-powered pump or squeezable bladder. The liquid scent material can include a glycol or a water-glycol mixture. A scent material such as liquid or powdered deer urine or a pleasant scent that can be used as a room or automobile or room freshener is mixed with the liquid. The vapor generator can be removable and replaceable such that different scents can be used with a single airflow generator or an empty generator can be replaced.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 22, 2023Publication date: November 30, 2023Inventor: Robert M. Wynalda, JR.

Publication number: 20230280123Abstract: A shooting rest for different weapons provides ends that are offset from the central portion of the rest to provide a space that accommodates a portion of the weapon being used with the rest. The shooting rest can be used with one or two supports that engage the weapon being used with the rest. Each support includes pliable arms that can be configured by the user to a custom shape. Each arm has an inner member that can be bent with no or little spring back to allow the user to shape the arm to a desired configuration. When in use, the entire rest can be tilted about its main support. A support assembly includes an adjustable arm that carries the shooting rest from the top of a monopod that is anchored to allow repositionable use without interference with the hunter's legs.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 21, 2023Publication date: September 7, 2023Inventors: Robert M. Wynalda, JR., Mark Wynalda

Publication number: 20230063925Abstract: A selectively adjustable and lockable utility mount is used to mount a device to a stable structure. The utility mount includes a hydraulic lock that applies the locking force that maintains the locked condition of the utility mount. Mounting brackets for utility mounts have spaced-apart mount elements that engage a surface of a stable structure. Some configurations of mounting bracket include mount elements that are movable between stored conditions and deployed conditions. The stored conditions reduce the size of the device to make it more convenient to pack. A climbing stick uses the storable mount elements.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 24, 2022Publication date: March 2, 2023Inventors: Robert M. Wynalda, JR., David Wynalda

Patent number: 11140895Abstract: A hunting vaporizing device selectively receives a vaporizer housing that carries vaporizable liquid configured to be vaporized up on exposure to a vaporizing element such as a heating coil wherein the resulting vapor is distributed with air flow from an airflow generator. The vaporizer housing can be disposable and readily replaceable. The replaceable vaporizing housing allows the user replace an empty device, switch scents, or place the device in storage without the risk of spilling the liquid material. The connection between the vaporizer housing and the base is either used to deliver the electric signal to activate the vaporizing element from a power supply carried by the vaporizer housing or, alternatively, the connection is used to selectively deliver the power for the vaporizing element from a power supply carried by the base. The electrical connection is disposed within the dock that receives the vaporizer housing.Type: GrantFiled: October 15, 2018Date of Patent: October 12, 2021Assignee: Wyndscent, LLCInventor: Robert M. Patent number: 10928710Abstract: An adjustable mount for holding equipment or an equipment-holding arm at, for example, a hunting location such as a deer blind or a tree stand includes a base mounting bracket and an adjustable ball joint removably secured to the mounting bracket. The base mounting bracket is secured to something and can be left in place during the hunting season. The ball joint can be removed and taken with the user. In some configurations, the ball joint can be locked in a desired orientation which is maintained when the ball joint is removed from the base mounting bracket so that the desired orientation is reestablished when the user replaces the ball joint in the base mounting bracket. One version of the ball joint includes a piston cylinder used to release locking pressure to allow for adjustment. The piston cylinder can be pneumatic or hydraulic. A configuration of the base mounting bracket can be readily assembled from a collapsed flat configuration.Type: GrantFiled: November 11, 2019Date of Patent: February 23, 2021Assignee: Fourth Arrow, LLCInventors: Robert M. Publication number: 20210033244Abstract: An adjustable mount can be secured to a rail of a hunting tree strand. The mount allows a device to be mounted at a comfortable and usable level for one sitting in a tree stand. The mount provides adjustability so that its longitudinal axis can be adjusted to vertical or horizontal even when the rail to which it is mounted is not perfectly horizontal or vertical. The mount can be used for electronic devices such as cameras and range finders. The mount also can be used with run or bow rests.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 30, 2020Publication date: February 4, 2021Inventor: Robert M. Wynalda, Jr.

Publication number: 20200281301Abstract: A personal protective device is removably mounted to head gear such as to the brim of a cap. The device has a thin transparent body that extends down in front of the user's face. The device blocks items such as the discharge from another person's cough or sneeze from contacting the user's face. The device also blocks items disposed in the air from coming into contact with the user's face by contacting them first as the user moves or by creating a dam of air that pushes them off to the side as the user moves. The device can be rapidly mounted and rapidly dismounted to a wide variety of caps which are owned by a majority of the population in the United States. The ease of mounting the device to the bill of a cap increases the likelihood that a person will use the device when leaving a car to interact with the public. The device can be worn in conjunction with a cloth face mask that fits closely over the mouth and nose.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 26, 2020Publication date: September 10, 2020Inventor: Robert M. Wynalda, JR.
