  • Publication number: 20160309702
Abstract: Device embodiments use a person's exhaled breath to distribute an evaporated, sublimated, or vaporized material. The disclosure provides non-powered devices that use evaporation or sublimation to create the vapor that is distributed and the disclosure provides devices with electric vaporizers which rapidly vaporize liquid scent materials for distribution. The scent can be designed as a masking or cover scent, an aromatic lure scent, a scent elimination material, a pleasant scent for freshening air in a room or automobile, or a repellant scent. The device can be worn as a mask. The device can be handheld or disposed at an area remote from the user's mouth with the breath blown in through a tube.

  • Publication number: 20160310624
Abstract: A scent vaporizing and distribution device uses an electric heating element to rapidly vaporize a liquid scent material. An airflow generator is used to create a distribution airflow that distributes the vapor from the device. The airflow generator can be an electric-powered fan or a manually-powered pump or squeezable bladder. The liquid scent material can include a glycol or a water-glycol mixture. A scent material such as liquid or powdered deer urine or a pleasant scent that can be used as a room or automobile or room freshener is mixed with the liquid. The vapor generator can be removable and replaceable such that different scents can be used with a single airflow generator or an empty generator can be replaced.

  • Patent number: 9426977
Abstract: An aromatic hunting lure vaporizing and distribution device uses an electric heating element to rapidly vaporize a liquid and an integrated fan to distribute the vapor. The liquid can include a glycol or a water-glycol mixture. A scent material such as liquid or powdered deer urine or a pleasant scent that can be used as a room or automobile freshener is mixed with the liquid. The hunting lure vaporizing and distribution device selectively receives disposable cartridges that hold the aromatic hunting lure or scent liquid to be vaporized. In one configuration, the cartridge includes the liquid form of the lure without a heating element. In another configuration, the cartridge includes the electric heating element as well as the liquid form of the lure. In any of these configurations, the cartridge can be single use or refillable.

  • Publication number: 20160161205
Abstract: A tag in the form of a band provides ballistic information for rifle ammunition or flight or sight information for arrows. The band is selectively attachable to the weapon such that the ballistic information is readily available to the user of the weapon and the band can be removed and used again on the same or a different weapon. The band can wrap around a portion of the weapon and be held by friction or a combination of friction and compressive force. The band can be elastic and stretch over the stock of a rifle or shotgun, the grip of a handgun, the stock of a cross bow, or a counterweight on a compound bow. The disclosure also provides a method for providing the ballistic information to the user of the weapon through the band that is selectively attachable to the weapon. The band can be provided with the container of ammunition at the time of purchase.

  • Patent number: 7877911
Abstract: A package configuration for holding merchandise includes a rotatable element that selectively displays different information to the user as the element is rotated. The rotatable element is restrained without a central hub or pivot pin. The restraining configuration limits lateral movement and minimizes pinching of the rotatable element. In one configuration, the merchandise storage package has a cover assembly having front and rear covers that define at least one window. Three pocket tabs restrain the lateral movement of the rotatable element. Each pocket tab is integrally folded from the blank used to form the storage package. One of the pocket tabs is double folded over itself to form a spacer having a thickness of three layers of blank material. Another pocket tab is folded over the spacer tab to form a fourth layer of material between the front and back covers.

  • Patent number: 7798322
Abstract: A media storage container has a sleeve and a slide out tray wherein the sleeve includes a feature that helps to hold the disc in the tray in the event the disc holding hub breaks. In one configuration, the sleeve includes a tab that has been folded over at least once such that the tab is wedged between the inner surface of the upper wall of the sleeve and the top of the disc holding hub. In another configuration, the tab is folded over itself twice to create three layers of tab material between the inner surface of the upper wall of the sleeve and the disc holding hub.
